I never expected to experience such great, fresh and authentic sushi in VA Beach! I'm VERY picky when it comes to sushi, but Zushi Sushi is one of the best I've encountered. The "pink lady" roll was absolutely outstanding, and their green tea with roasted rice was also a nice discovery. Check this place out and come away pleasantly surprised... More

Came here for dinner with the boys, and it was delicious. Both the sushi and the cooked dishes were great. Beautifully prepared and fresh. One of our boys is particular and he ended up having an awesome dinner. Our waiter was very nice and the service was great. The only negative is the kitchen was a bit slow, but that... More

Stopped in for lunch, my second try at sushi. Kristine was my server and she was fantastic, offered great suggestions. So I had, the Mt. Trashmore, with the house salad, and green tea. Everything was amazing and everything is cooked to order nothing is pre-made or cooked. It was truly a great dining experience and would go back again. Very... More

I like Asian food. Chinese, Thai, Japanese--you name it. And I've had the good fortune of living and/or visiting cities where the best examples of those cuisines can be found. I will go so far as to say that I am a very good judge of Japanese food, having lived in Tokyo for several years, and having visited Japanese dining... More

Was walking around at 4 pm - intended to check out Saffron - open at 5 pm. Saw this place - very nice! The salmon was just right - the eggplant - yum! The tofu has an interesting glazed. I will be back to try out more on the menu.

We went for lunch. We started with the edamame. I had the spicy tuna roll and Philadelphia roll. Both were delicious! husband ordered the spicy conch roll, buy they were out of conch. They substituted with octopus and it was great! He also had some type of angel roll and it was full of flavor. The service was a little... More

I reviewed this place in 2012 and want to update my review. I think it has gotten even better since my last review. In fact, the best part about traveling to VA Beach is I get to dine at Zushi. As I cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge my mouth starts watering for that fresh succulent salmon sushi and I make... More

My wife took a chance on coming to this restaurant, not knowing what to expect and we are not big sushi eaters but like it every once in a while. We ordered three different sushi rolls and shared them. They were all fantastic, but I liked the volcano the best. I also ordered the one dumpling dish that they had... More

Absolute Favorite when it comes to sushi cravings and cucumber martini!!! Undecided what to order? No worries- just ask chef to feed you and you will not be disappointed. Excellent service by Anna as always! Chef is very meticulous when it comes to preparing your food. Nothing else to say, but excellent food, great service, great place and friendly staff!... More
