On a weekend, depending on the time, your wait could be as much as 45 min. - 2 hours. A bit much for breakfast/brunch if you ask me. The draw is the drink special with Bloody Marys, Mimosas and others for $2.50, which are served at an adjacent bar while you wait. They are generous with the champagne in the... More

Went to Doc's this morning. Are out on the front porch which was screened in for the winter. The eggs Benedict were fabulous and my wife and I split a 2 stack of pancakes. I would highly recommend going here if you are staying at Virginia Beach. The service was good accept for a pregnant waitress that seemed to be... More

I went to Doc Taylor's with a group of 12. Our wait was going to be a while because they were packed so we went next door to the separate bar and had mimosas until we were called. It's such a cute and quaint place with great food! I had sweet potato pancakes that were to die for and the... More

Got the breakfast. Pancakes were nice and fluffy. The chocolate chip ones tasted like fresh cookies out of the oven. Eggs were made exactly like I wanted. Clean place. Have to get there early. They close at 3.

Had a delicious omelette and some amazing pancakes. Drank three inexpensive drinks before noon = good day. We went with family and friends and had a great morning. We'd definitely go back - place was PACKED, clearly a hot spot in town.

I am of a fan of this dish and cannot get it at home. I order it often on the east coast. But, this was by far the best presentation and the best price, also!. $7.00! Also, fabulous service and a fire in the fire place when it was 10 degrees outside! ::smile::

Can't believe I waited over an hour to get breakfast on a Sunday morning but it was worth the wait. Jessica, our waitress, was very nice and was right on time with the drinks and food. Loved the Parmesan Tomatoes. Eggs, bacon, everything was good. Our second time as out-of-towners, but a place we will try and stop each visit... More
