We have been coming to VB for over 10 years and never went to this restaurant. It was recommended for breakfast and we loved it! We got there about 9:30 am and I think we got the last available table. The place was packed. We only waited 10-15 for our breakfast and not one complaint - it was perfect. We... More

Stopped in for a late breakfast, the wait was only 15 minutes which is amazing for this place. We had a great breakfast and the service was very good. I don't know that I would wait 2 hours for food here (last time we stopped by that's how long the wait was). Loved walking in and feeling right at home... More

The wait was well worth it! It gets very crowded but the food is good! Not too pricey. French toast was yummy!!

Excellent food, great service, casual dining. Definitely would go there again. Two of my kids had the grilled ham and cheese which they said was outstanding.

Read great reviews on this site so we tried it for breakfast today. Walked from our hotel -- nice location and cute old beach cottage. I ordered eggs over medium (I want the whites to be cooked) and some kind of cheesy grits with country ham on top -- I subbed bacon because our server said the ham was very... More

What a great place! Love the activity, the "mom's house" setting and the FOOD! I would recommend sitting at the counter if you can't get a seat and watching them prepare your order and everyone elses'! The team eirk of the cooks and the fun that they seem to be having is quite a show. $2.50 Bloody Mary's and mimosas... More

I always eat here when in Virginia Beach. Excellent food, excellent value, and you can tell all of the by the huge crowds it attracts. I am always amazed at how fast the cooks prepare the food, yet the quality is always the same...terrific.
