DOES NOT HONOR PROMOTION!!! ACCEPTS THE PROMOTION DURING RESERVATION BUT NOT CHECK-OUT! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR. I followed the direction on the promotion - correct date - called and made reservation and mentioned promotion - come time to check out - GUESS WHAT? They said they had used all the promotions for that night already...sorry. I... More

The atmosphere is amazing. Intimate and comfortable, yet also good for families. The menu is a bit confusing, but the servers are great at breaking it down for you. Definitely worth a visit.

We were invited to MP for a birthday celebration. The fondues for the savory meal were very good. The fondues for dessert were unique, although a bit too sweet for me, I'm sure others would enjoy for a special treat. The atmosphere is nice, and I love the way the restaurant was partitioned allowing for more privacy. The food was... More

I'm a fan of The Melting Pot, in general, as per my previous review. Dinner the other night is the exception. I was there for a 4-course dinner as part of a party of 10 people. We were there 3 1/2 hours, and it wasn't because the place was busy. It was Monday night...empty. We had four pots going at... More

I must say that we had high expectations for our anniversary .dinner, and The Melting Pot, Virginia Beach exceeded on every level! We had a very private booth for two and felt like we were the only people in the restaurant, despite arriving behind a large family party with children. The music was classy and played at the perfect volume... More

My husband brought me here for our 24 wedding anniversary. When we entered, we were greated right away. We were then seated in a nice little area all by ourselves, which we felt was very romantic. We were unable to see any other guest as there was only one other table in the area and no one was sitting at... More

My husband and I visit The Melting Pot every year on our anniversary. The staff is friendly, the food is great, and it is nice and dark and quiet. A really great place to spend a romantic evening out. I have never had a bad experience at The Melting Pot!

the Meltting pot did an amazing job making this very special. We had a bottle of chilled Champagne waiting when we arrived. We were seated in a private booth area. Our Server Jordan did a wonderful job explaining the process and the menu. They also took our photo and framed it for us. The food was amazing. We had the... More

Anytime my husband and I have a night out alone, the melting pot has always been our favorite place to go! We would go more often if it weren't so expensive though :( but the service is on point, food is delicious and it is very peaceful!

Although our family is usually not a chain restaurant family and we avoid them at all costs, somehow The Melting Pot has edged its way into our list of favorite places to go. We usually reserve it for special outings like birthdays and anniversaries. On Memorial Day Monday, we showed up to celebrate my husband's birthday early. As usual, the... More
