So-so buffet - but crablegs off the menu were great!

We called this place and set up a reservation - but it wasn't on record when we got there. They did they best they could to accommodate us. Our server was extremely NICE but very, very busy. The buffet was below average - so we ordered off the menu. The crablegs were great. Overall - I think... read more

The SEAFOOD BUFFET barely had ANY SEAFOOD, the only two items they had were FROZEN, not FRESH, clam strips, baked fish, crab Alfredo and steamed shrimp. NOT WORTH $25 . The waitress was RUDE, i spoke to her manager and even complained about the buffet and he stated " they don't have enough room for the seafood" so the cook... More

Friendly staff, outdated surroundings. Didn't have the buffet, but it looked ok if you're into that. My scallops were full of butter but somehow still boring and flavorless and a touch rubbery. Very disappointing for a splurge dinner at a seaside restaurant (was $27). My friend got the crabcake sandwich and said it was very good with little filler.

If you want Alaska crab legs (not king) and have the time and energy to crack them, it's your place. Rest of food was average. Our waiter Ryan was great.

Over priced and the worst seafood ever. Buffet (19.95) was chalk full of fake crab and everything drowning in fake butter. No seasoning on the shrimp and fish undercooked. 10oz Delmonico (25.99) steak was a joke.Came out in 3 minutes and medium rare was well done and tough. After complaining to the waitress the owner came over and was very... More

awesome food. Lots of crab legs. Lots of everything. It was $32 a person but dang worth it if you like & are craving seafood. The alcohol drink menu is awesome too. Then there is the dessert bar with the buffet oh man not enough room but was amazing too. Well worth the $$.

When we walked by we saw people having crab legs, so we decided to stop in for dinner. Buffet was $19.99 and was very limited - crab legs were not included. Not a large buffet selection, nothing that I was impressed with. I liked the rice (once I put tartar sauce in it) and the cold seafood salad. No fried... More

I traveled from Pennsylvania to Virginia,so i figured i go eat at a seafood restaurant since we are at the beach. So i walked in to Georges Seafood Buffet and it looks like a family owned style restaurant. We ended up to find out that it was worse than Long John Silver's. When you go to Long John Silvers you... This buffet was horrible. I should have known not to go in when the hostess asked me did I want to look at the buffet first. I figured no one could mess up chicken. Wrong, no seasoning. Peel and eat shrimp was mushy. The promised fried shrimp was absent. I tried the soup and Campbell's was way better and on... More

I am an unabashed foodie. This buffet driven eatery suffers in the quality and seeks to compensate with quantity. If all you expect is a full belly, this is your place.
