We eat out often and know good from bad. We ordered she crab soup for all. It is a staple of Virginia Beach. How hard can it be to make sure the soup is HOT? It was sent back to be heated but taste was fine. One entrée of pulled pork was also tepid and not barbequed like normal. A... More

My husband and I were given a 15% off coupon for dinner at this restaurant. Being that it is located at the oceanfront surrounded by other high end restaurants we wrongly assumed we would have a good meal. My husband ordered prime rib ..medium rare...I ordered chicken. The waitress was very nice and friendly. The meal came out quickly but... More

We enjoyed dinner on their oceanfront patio. Very nice view & not too crowded. The Haddock was fresh & flavorful. Fries crispy, onion rings lacking in flavor. Nachos for 2 appetizer was basic but tasty. Wait staff efficient & friendly enough. She Crab soup was good enough. Everything tastes better on the beach :) Their brand of ice tea &... More

Located inside Hampton Inn, oceanfront where we stayed. EXPENSIVE. Very slow service. Forget trying to get a drink or something to eat an hour before closing. Staff would disappear. Can't tell you how many times I was told "someone will be right with you." Don't bother plenty of other choices.

The spaghetti is a good deal as is the pulled pork sandwich...entrees are too expensive. The service was excellent though.

We ate dinner here at an outside table because it's right on the boardwalk/ocean. The wait staff were all wonderful. The view is just awesome. Dinner on the beach at sundown can't be beat. The food was a little disappointing. I only had 2 bites of my super-dry chicken breast sandwich before I gave up on it. The fries were... More

Each day the hot offerings changed, but the standard waffles, oatmeal, etc. remained. Coffee was good and service was excellent.

My husband and I had dinner here tonight. I had the shrimp and scallops in pasta and my husband had fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp. For each entree, the sauce was watery with no seasoning. Even adding salt couldn't bring the dishes up to an edible level. We were very disappointed.

Went to the boardwalk for dinner and found an hour wait at most places. Walked by the North Beach Bar & Grill and thought that the location was perfect (overlooking the beach). Also noticed that few people were there. That should of been evidence not to stop, but we were hungry and the place had a nice setting. After sitting... More
