Had dinner with some friends, had great atmosphere and terrific steak! Only draw back is no parking other than on the street.

It had been more than 20 years since we last ate at the Black Angus and it was one of those meals that we still remember because of the food and atmosphere and the friends we were with. We returned in September 2014 to see if the place was as good as we remember, only this time it was with... More

After hearing customers coming out complaint about their steaks we went anyway. My Delmonico steak was ordered med. rare & came out as rare as it could be. It looked like it was microwaved as it had no "char" to it at all, usually it would be browned a little from a char-broiler or broiler. When the waitress finally came... More

The food is good but look in local magazines to find coupons for good prices. The restaurant is dimily lit so it is abit hard to read the menus. The came at end of meal to ask opinion of the restaurant and food quality.

Reliable, consistently good food. If you want modern chic or fancy fusion, look elsewhere. For food that is cooked and not nuked, quiet old-school atmosphere, this place is for you. The food is well-portioned and served at the right temperature. The beef kabobs with rice are quite satisfying. Save room for dessert! It can be expensive; check the tourist magazines... More

Promptly greeted and seated on the busy Saturday night. Very knowledgeable server recommended perfect wine pairing for our appetizers and entrees. Delmonico steak was one of the best I ever had. We will be back.

We go to Virginia Beach each year. I have been wanting to try the Black Angus every time we have been down. It was a terrible experience. 1st. They crossed our name off the waiting list without calling our name and we had to wait for a table for a very long time. 2nd the bread dish was dirty our... More

I have enjoyed my time at Sunnyvale, food was pretty good, servers were great. However, I have seen both managers yelling and belittling their employees. And they do it in front of customers. Threaten to write them up. It is sad. Take your business elsewhere, where there is professionalism especially with management.
