Great steak dinner before a show!

We got tickets to see Kooza so we made reservations at Zoe's. It was a delight. Our server was on top of everything. Ordered the wedge salad which was yummy and then the filet was delightful cooked perfectly and the blue cheese sauce was over the top delicious. Hubby had pork and that was yum as... read more

Very nice atmosphere but it is dark and you can't read the wine list. The staff is very helpful and there are a lot of them running around. Limited menu mainly steaks, and one daily special (Australian steak for $120). To start the bread came with some special butter but bread was small and cold. The steaks were salty and... More

having lived in Virginia Beach for 16 years, we were excited to try a new place. Wish we hadn't bothered. My fish was adequate and very small, my friend's shrimp was raw. Waited forever for our food. Will never eat her again as we have so many lovely places and this was just not worth the huge price tag.

We had a delicious dinner at Zoes! My husband had the local oysters, wagu carpacio and the baby back ribs and I had the calamari (lightly breaded and fried and very tender), iceburg wedge salad and crab cake. Every bit of it was delicious (while not cheap)! The service was excellent and the whole experience was delightful! I hightly recommend... More

We wanted to take our teenagers out for a nice meal and experience. We found it at Zoes! The entire staff was well trained in customer service and appeared to enjoy the work. It is a romantic atmosphere with low lighting and waterfall background noise. It's a group of servers and each one knowledgable of the menu. Food was excellent... More

Great food and better service. Notable wine list. The parings are amazing. It's not often a master sommelier helps pair food and wine. Awesome place to dine.

What an awesome job they did pairing the food choices with the wine. The wine of the evening was from Newton Winery in Napa Valley. The winemaker was there to describe each wine as we were being served. Each dish was expertly prepared and was something that you normally wouldn't prepare yourself at home. A favorite was the unfiltered chardonnay... More

They have really great steaks and are cooked perfectly. Lamb Chops are also a favorite. Lobster pops are often an appetizer special and I highly recommend getting these. They are the best!

I went to Zoe's Restaurant with my parents and it was our first time dining there. When we first sat down, the place looked very classy, and we had a pleasant waiter. It all went downhill from there. I ordered a filet mignon, well-done, as did my mother. We asked them to butterfly the steaks, and the waiter said that... More

We had reservations for a party of 10 on a Saturday night. We were seated promptly and our waiter appeared in short order. He was a bit stern and appeared to be in a bad mood. He took our drink orders and returned a bit later to take our food orders. I can only comment on my meal which started... More
