Good food in a real sports bar

This place is so much better than BWW. Real people serving real food and alcohol while watching real sports. I wouldn't take a little kid here but teenagers will enjoy it. The Rueben and onion rings will fill you up. Cold beer with the jalapeno poppers was a good start. Laughing at the... read more

Recently some of my college friends were in town for homecoming and we all decided to meet at Lendy's for dinner, drinks and the baseball game. Friday night steam shrimp, basket of fries and a few cold brews says it all. This is not your B-dubs or Hooters but a hole in the wall that you can rely on for... More

Lendy's is a locals favorite! Located off General Booth Blvd at Dam Neck Road, it's close to the beach and the Red Mill area. We visited with another family for lunch last fall. The wide assortment of wing sauces made this trip a big ht with everyone. I love the garlic parm wings, my husband likes twice baked hot wings... More

We have been wanting to try their infamous wings for quite sometime so we drove about 25 minutes out of our way on a weekend afternoon just to see what all the fuss is about. Sadly we were very disappointed. We tried 4 different flavors of wings. They all were dry and over cooked; however the 2 that were flavored... More

Where do I start?? This place at first glance seemed like a cozy "cop bar". There are patches from surrounding police departments on the walls and we love supporting locally owned businesses. After looking at the menu, we initially ordered the Irish Nachos, but sadly they were out of the chips that are the main ingredient in the dish. The... More

We stopped here for lunch before leaving for home, and were very happy with the food and service. The She-crap soup was excellent and the wings were tasty. The ranch dipping sauce for the chicken tenders was good too. A good stop for anyone in the area.

I have lived in this area for over 15 years and this is still the place I go for great wings. They also offer their famous sauce for sale and so I sometimes pick up a bottle to get to enjoy At home. I have tried all the local places, including both famous chains and privately owned. My kids, now... More

Lendy's is a "must visit" when in Virginia Beach's Dam Neck area. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. I had one of the house cheeseburgers and fries with a draft beer. The burger, seemed like at least a half pounder, was cooked to perfection and the fries were hot and tasty. The great food was exceeded only by the friendly... More

Had the old bay wings grilled and they will now be in my top 3 rotation. She crab soup was generous as well. Service was attentive and fun and that is with a huge take out order that slammed the kitchens I will be back
