We tried this Peking Duck Inn based on the numerous glowing reviews for the restaurant on Tripadvisor and Urbanspoon. Its menu, more extensive and exotic than your typical run-of-the-mill Chinese takeout/eat-in restaurant, was quite enticing. However, after ordering takeout of (1) hot and sour soup, (2) chicken with string beans-medium spicy, (3) braised eggplant in garlic sauce, and (4) chicken... More

The was the first time I have stopped at Peking Duck, my order was to go, and I did get it quick. The atmosphere in the dinning area was exceptional and staff was friendly. If you are looking for the same-same Chinese food like other places this is not the place to go. The food was good, just different from... More

Peking Duck is classic family run Chinese restaurant. The food far outshines the Chinese buffets and takeout restaurants that have sprung up around Hampton Roads. They serve a wide variety of unique Hong Kong style dishes and they always have several seasonal specials. This has become our go-to Chinese restaurant. In a recent visit, we had Bean Curd With Vegetables... More

If you have eaten really good chinese food in: Guam, Hawaii, San Francisco or New York City! PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered the following dishes: House fried rice: had color but no taste whatsoever. This dish also came with eggshells! Chicken cream corn soup: The worst soup I've tried, they used milk and way too much cornstarch. As... More

My husband, father in law, and I were hungry for Chinese food. Normally we just order take out from across the street, but we were looking for a place where we could sit and enjoy our meal inside a restaurant. We googled "Chinese restaurants" in our area and we were directed to the Peking Duck Inn...what a great surprise! The... More

This place is easily in the top ten in VA Beach. It's right up there with pho 78, saffron, chicks oyster bar, and jade villa. I've been going there for years. And, I always make sure to go when I'm in town.

I had the fried eggplant with garlic sauce and pork, and an entrée of green beans and brown sauce. Everything was excellent. The eggplant was sublime. crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Also the wontons were most delicious. Service was a tad slow to refill drinks, but nothing to worry about.

I was extremely disappointed after searching the area for peking duck and only found the inn figured I would give it a try. The duck seemed like it was frozen and not cooked in the traditional style. The "pancakes" were no more than stale tortillas from the Foodlion next door, and couldn't take the time to properly cut the green... More

Here you will find a small unpretentious shopping center restaurant with the Marquis.. Peking Duck. After many take outs by husband we decided to try the lunch fare. We were greeted graciously by the owner Simon, who allowed us a corner that was quiet..a simple chinese restaurant here. But wow for lunch! Starter was a delicious fresh Won Ton soup... More

Ate with a large group. Excellent service. Everyone enjoyed the meals which were served on a round table with a lazy Susan. The eggplant and Moo Shu Chicken seemed to be the biggest hits.
