We sat outside which we really enjoyed. There were some decent wine choices. The food was interesting, we shared two appetizers, tuna tartare and pork belly. Our entrees included halibut and beef tenderloin. The price was quite reasonable. It is good to see VA beach becoming a food town.

The food is very good and the service is also. We usually go "last minute" and sit and eat at the bar. Rob is our favorite bartender . It would be nice if they could give the place a "new do". It is becoming dingy and almost beginning to appear dirty. I think it is time for a face lift.

We ate inside and it had a nice atmosphere. Food and service were great. Avoid sitting outside unless you think the parking lot is a nice place with a view of tall hotels and 7-11 around you.

Go. Every day. Don't usually do reviews, but this meal was ridiculous. I could write a paragraph about everything we ordered-it was that original and amazing. Service was great. Caprese with heirloom tomatoes, house made mozzarella and balsamic spheres? I can't.

Eat, which is located at the very north end of the boardwalk, was a great find for a very nice dining option. We were seated in the dining room, but from all of the tables, diners get a beautiful view of unfettered ocean. Being on the end of the boardwalk, there are fewer crowds, and fewer people for that matter,... More

When we stay in VB this restaurant is a must for us. Great taste, great portions, great service, great ambiance and vibe, and great value for all of the above. Actually with every passing year our experiences become better and better (particularly in food tasting department) . This summer they surprised us with outstanding approach and accommodations to our Grandchildren... More

My wife and I walked in off the street to "Eat" never having heard of it before. Excellent service and very good meal beautifully presented. Price reasonable. Limited menu but very interesting options. Owned and operated by the chef. We are a NZ couple in our mid-60's and if we lived near here we could come often.

After watching the much anticipated 4th of July fireworks on the 5th of July, my wife and I didn't want the evening to end. Using our SmartPhones, we located, within walking distance, "Eat, An American Bistro". The outside gives away nothing. Upon entering, you're automatically transferred into a "French" bistro-style establishment. Warm, softly lit, we were pleasantly greeted and taken... More

Eat is in an ok location at the end of the boardwalk in Virginia Beach. The food was good but the prices were a little outrageous. The service was ok. The alcohol selections are good. I tried the Kentucky Ale Amber. It was very good but I had the bottom of the keg. The bourbon selection was also good. Back... More
