I love REAL greek food and that is definitly what you get here. The Tzatziki Sauce is fantastic, the pita bread is wonderful and the lamb is mouth watering! My kids love this place and we will return as often as possible. They can be a little pricey but it is worth it.

My husband and I have indulged in delicious meals at Yanni's several times now, over the last two years! Today he got a Greek combination platter, which he really enjoyed, and I ordered the Northern Greek Salad topped with Gyro meat with the best topping/sauce for the meat and salad. Also, we enjoyed bread dipped in olive oil and herbs!... More

We visit Virginia Beach on a regular basis. This is the first time we ate at Yanni's and will definitely be back. Some of the best Greek food we ever had. I think we could have made a meal off the feta cheese and pita. The portions are large and seasoned just right. My husband had the gyro platter and... More

This wonderful family restaurant is sure to please whether you are a fan of a Greek food or never had the pleasure! We are very fortunate to have Yanni's only a mile or so from our home, but it is very convenient even for our wonderful tourists and visitors from the Oceanfront. I usually have the Mediterranean Penne with spinach,... More

We recently visited Virginia Beach and tried Yanni's on the last day of our stay. That was the only regret we had - since it was the last day we couldn't make a repeat visit (at least on that trip). But we will definitely eat there again (multiple times!) on future trips. The food was great and the service was... More

First off, it's nice to eat somewhere other than a strip mall which can be hard to find in va beach. That said, their decor is warm and inviting. Their outdoor patio is great with the obvious downside of being on a very busy road. That actually works in our favor as our busy one year old is entertained by... More

My partner in crime and I enjoyed dinner the last Sunday in December (2013) at this fantastic restaurant on General Booth Highway, just south of Atlanticl Avenue in VB. He ordered Pastitsio and was immediately convinced that he had made the right choice as it was served piping hot and was somewhat like a soufflé. My choice was the Grecian... More

This is easily one of the best restaurants in Virginia Beach. Great Greek food. Highly recommend the Lemon Drop soup!
