Outstanding Greek cuisine

I join with the vast majority of Trip Advisor reviewers who rate this restaurant in the Excellent category. Not only is the food well-prepared and delicious, but the prices are most reasonable, the premises are immaculate, and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. My food philosophy is simple: if I'm in a strange town, I look for a Greek restaurant... More

Ok, so I LOVE gyros, and since I have been pregnant, am always looking for the best I can find I found it here. The Gyros, and even the special desserts are AMAZING! We have been making this a regualr spot now. Only reason I gave this a 4 is because the service was NOT the best, and the greeter... More

This is as good as it gets apart from Grece. Very nice atmosphere and excellent food. It is a bit americanized in erms of spices and boldness, not that authentic compared to a greek taverna. It is a nice place, the servings are big and excellently prepared adn served. I can only recommend it as Greek places are rare in... More

This is a favorite of ours for a quick, good, inexpensive Greek dinner. I usually get the gyro platter and it is always loaded with great tasting gyro meat. I like their tzatziki sauce and usually ask for some on the side. I choose fries with the dinner, they are usually crisp and delicious. My wife gets the Greek salad... More

My wife loved Greek Chicken...cooked with lemon and oregano, so we made a point of going to Yanni's while in VB. The restaurant facility used to be some sort of Western/Mountain themed restaurant, but they have done of good job with Greek posters and artifacts to make it cozy. We both ordered soup for started...her the bean soup, which was... More

Had dinner here with a friend on a recommendation. Was not disappointed. Cozy but large restaurant. Hostess and wait staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The best in house made stuffed grapes leaves. Generous portions. Extensive menu selection. Very authentic. Everything good, fresh, and filling. Yum! My only disappointment would be that they don't have a location in the Boston area.

We have eaten here many times since opening, and it just keeps getting better and better! Used to frequent Orpax in Ghent, but Love Yanni's now. Always tasty and have never been disappointed in any dish!

The Greek salad was good. The side of rice was improved by adding feta from the salad. The bean soup was barely warm and pretty tasteless. The vegetarian pita needed more flavor. I poured vinegar on it. That helped a little. I added feta from the salad. That helped. But Greek food can be so flavorful with lemon and dill... More

I had not visisted this resturant since its original opeing several years ago until yesterday. I was part of a group that had lunch in their private dining area, appears to accomodate at least 25 very comfortably, and I'm so glad that I gave it a second try. All the items on the menu sounded 'yummy' and what I saw... More

We got the lemon chicken soup, shared a small classic Greek salad and split the Moussaka and the Pastitsio then we ended it with a piece of their Baklava cheesecake. (We had leftovers!) The server, Nicole, was very nice, attentive and helpful. Loved the atmosphere and it was very clean. We really like the fact that there is no rug... More
