We've been going to Something Different for YEARS and we love it EVERY TIME! I still haven't found a breakfast better than their Eggs Mornay, and the Brisket Melt is another favorite! You will not be disappointed! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!

OK, the only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is it's a fairly low keyed place without too many amenities and limited wine selection. But so what - this is a family restaurant not the linen covered table venue. The service is excellent and the food just delicious. We ate dinner there, a party of five family members. I had... More

There arent many places to visit in Urbanna but I decided to stop in and have a bit before meeting up with friends. They do have quite a selection of food I'd never heard of and it was all delicious. The barista made the most delicious lemonade I've ever had. Seriously send me the recipe! Nothing insanely unique or different... More

I have been wanting to come here to eat for sometime. I got the ribs and they were amazing!! Mac and Cheese was wonderful! Lots of items on the menu. Can't wait to go back and try some more items!

This is a fabulous family restaurant or you could easily turn it into a date night out with great food and music. Some top points are, fresh baked breads, homemade ice cream, smoked meats, etc.... A MUST TRY!!!

First off I'd change the name to Something Special because thats what it is. From the moment my wife, daughter & I arrived for lunch the staff was amazing. Learning my daughter is a vegetarian the receptionist (very familiar with the lifestyle) combed the menu for possibilities. My daughter settled on the wonderful Mac & Cheese & vegetables. The waitress... More

Great omelets, generous portions. Many choices & some traditional southern fare. Fresh baked raisen bread added to the meal. Server very attentive to the table & we were a party of 6. Casual atmosphere. Visit to our table by the owner.

Its always so busy I kinda forgot about it. We country folk aint used to having to wait to sit down. Good food though worth the wait. A little noisy. There really is a lot of different stuff. I like the chocolate ice cream with hot peppers.

As locals, visitors are always asking for good places to eat and Something Different is always my first recommendation. It has such a unique and friendly atmosphere and the food is absolutely amazing! My favorites are the BLTT or Cheeseburger with Cheddar Cheese. Both are served on homemade buns which are incredibly delicious. Great location for a family meal, romantic... More

Everything on the menu is delicious! Whatever you choose, tritip, brisket, kickin' chicken, ribs, crabcakes, or burgers, we have always enjoyed everything! The restaurant is unique and charming. I love looking at the history in there. The staff has always been so friendly and observant, our glass is never empty! If they are busy, it is because that is the place... More
