A great option for a private event. The food was served family style and the service was great. We even had a private bar in our banquet room. The food was delicious and the restaurant has such wonderful ambiance. It's a beautiful space.

I have eaten at the Maggiano's in Columbia, MD before and I thought the experience was just okay, but my experience in Tyson's was far different. We recently had a surprise 70th birthday party for my mother-in-law in two of the private dining rooms in Tysons, for 55 guests. It turned out perfectly! Our coordinator, Krystal, was extremely cooperative with... More

My birthday is on Christmas Eve, my wife decided to order catering from Maggiano in Tysons. She called that restaurant the day before Christmas Eve and was told not to accept catering order at that time, but could call back in the morning of Christmas Eve. So she followed the instructions to call the next day morning and was told... More

Took whole family here for daughter's birthday meal. The servers were great, the kids loved their food. As per usual, of just about any chain Italian restaurant, the pasta was over cooked and the food was just ok.

We recently had dinner at Maggiano's based on several recommendations. I can honestly say that all the good things that were said are true. We had a great dinner in a nice restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere. We arrived earlier than our reservation so we started with an appetizer and pre-dinner drinks at the bar. From there it only got... More

My favorite thing about Maggianos is the consistency in excellence. If you haven't been there in a while, don't worry, it's still great. I had the gnocchi in tomato vodka sauce. It is the definition of perfection. It was expertly season and delivered hot to my table. My companion and I indulged in the sangria. It was sweet, but not... More

Attended a company celebration, fixed menu served family style for about 135 people. Appetizers included: Bread, Spinach and Artichoke Cream Dip, Homemade Fried Zucchini strips, and salad. Mains included Chicken Salimbocca, Cheese Ravioli, and Meat Lasagna. Desserts included Profiteroles, Allple Crostada. The meal was well served, though (as expected with large groups) the food came out of the kitchen unevenly.... More

I have been to Maggianos several times over the years and everytime I go, I like it less. The calamari was good. My chicken marsala came with a dark brown sauce which was very salty. The chicken was strangely chewy and it was served with under cooked spaghetti (yes, I know what al dente is supposed to taste like) My... More
