Description: Situated in one of the most coveted living and commercial areas in the US...
Situated in one of the most coveted living and commercial areas in the US, this Art Deco-inspired roadhouse stands atop a bluff above the crossroads connecting Washington, DC and Northern Virginia. With four dining rooms, two kitchens and balconies overlooking live palm trees, Clyde's of Tysons Corner sets a new standard for Clyde's. From it's first day in operation, it has drawn a huge crowd of international and residential visitors including: business people and shoppers to nearby families and Wolf Trap audiences. With decor and furnishings that invite guests to dine amidst the glory days of Art Deco, the only thing that might top the varied and extensive menu is the elaborate and sophisticated atmosphere.

You can't beat the fresh selections

We searched this location out. It as a bit difficult to find but well worth the extra hassle of one or two u-turns to get myself where I needed to be (mind you, the u-turns were probably my fault). We've gone to this restaurant so many times. It is always a favorite. Crab cakes and the crab artichoke dip are super.

My wife & I ate here recently on a Friday night while staying just down the road a bit in Tyson's Corner. The restaurant's location is kind of tucked back a way from any major roads but is also within 1/2 mile of a Metro rail station (Greensboro). I ordered the crab cake dinner and enjoyed it. The crab cake... More

We are in Washington doing the tourist attractions and we were told that cyde's was very good.we had high hopes but we all agreed not very good and we had little children with us and we were all amazed of the pornographic painted murals on the wall.

There are a lot of choices in the Tysons Corner area to eat. I was not disappointed when stopping at Clyde's for the first time after coming here for years. The atmosphere was great (busy happy hour at the bar) and the oysters and crab cake dinner were something I'll come back for. I was able to walk, staying at... More

I recently dined with family and friends at Clyde's in Tyson's Corner. I had their Crab Cake Sandwich. It was surprisingly good, all crab meat. The service was good. There are a lot of traditional menu items that have an interesting twist to them. There was however a Magician who was going from table to table to entertain. He was... More

I am a big fan of Clydes but not this one. The food was not that great. Our server did not know anything. I asked her a couple questions about the food descriptions and she answered me with "I don't know". Never offered to find out. It was overall a not a good experience. Also I'm glad I didn't have... Clyde's is the local chain of seafood restaurants all over the DC area. It's corporate food service. It's predictable. The service and portion sizes are adequate. When in doubt, Clydes will not fail.

I met some friends here for lunch recently and decided to check out the menu online before arriving at the restaurant and saw that they offer half-price burgers on Saturday from 11am until 4pm. Our server told us of the specials of the day, but this was not mentioned. You can add sauteed onions or mushrooms to your burger for... More

My office is near this restaurant so we go about 1-2 times per month. The food is always good, as well as the service. The prices are a little on the high side, but palatable. Their decor is severely outdated, and one half of the restaurant has murals over two walls with naked people. I don't know what clientele this... More
