Chima is quietly surpassing all other Brazilians steakhouse in the area (Fogo de Chao, Texas de Brasil, etc.) - quality and variety of meats is unmatched and their salad bar is without peer! The service is excellent and very efficient with wireless orders/customer requests transmitted instantly by your servers, at your table!

The food was wonderful and the service was amazing! I am a huge carnivore and even I had to say "uncle" with the gauchos! If your token shows that you're ready for more meat, watch out! Not even two minutes would go by and a gaucho would stop by to carve us something wonderful.

Made a resv via open table and noted that it was our 14 th wedding anniversary. When we got there, they congratulated us on our special day and sat us right away. Being our second time there, we knew what to expect- skip breakfast and lunch before you go. The service was great, servers were very friendly and the food... More

My son took me to this restaurant because he wanted me to experience great food and great atmosphere when I visited him in March 2013. Though at first the "base price" of $50 per person (no type of drink included) was a bit shocking; after we arrived and began our "first course' I realized it was all worth it :)... More

Huge salad bar, beware not to fill your dish there, you need the space to eat the none stop waves of meat coming your way. Service was also very good, it's a huge place and it's usually very crowded and sometimes very noisy. Make sure you make a reservation specially in weekends.

Ate here with my daughter. I'll say it was the most food that I had in a while so I had to pace myself. "Oz", our waiter, was great. He was very helpful with the various dish descriptions, tips on enjoying the meal as well as suggesting Brazilian drinks and desserts. Not sure if I'll return anytime soon. Way too... More

Service is impeccable. I've eaten at several steakhouses over the years, and they usually bring chicken, sausage, and the cheaper meats often, while throwing in the lamb and filet on occasion. Not so with Chima. they serve excellent filet, sirloin, flank, and lamb chops, and if you have a request, it is at your table quickly. Also have fish, and... More

This is about the dozen time that I have been to Chima. I don't live in the area but I do travel frequently to DC and look forward to eating at Chima. Went there on a Sunday evening with two business buddies soon after arriving from NY and none of us was disappointed. The meat was fabulous....fresh, tasty and well... More

It's a good Brazilian steakhouse. The salad bar is excellent. Most of the meats are pretty good. I had no problem with service. It's a ton of food. Like literally a ton.
