I chose this place based on it's ranking and proximity to my hotel. The blue crab fritters were very tasty and the sauce was very good as well. I had the Jambalaya Pasta which was tasty and savory. My friend had the Penne Primavera which she said was good but not great. The bread was nice and warm. The staff... More

Sit at the bar! The ambience at the bar was warm and inviting. Happy Hour offered sliders and home made quacamole. Wine was $4.00. On a buisness trip and very hungry..we came in for dinner and the bartender told us to see the specials and to enjoy the happy hour suggestions while we decided on dinner. Dinner was awesome. I travel quite a bit and can honestly say that Sweetwater is our favorite restaurant of all time! We used to live the DC area and would frequent the restaurant weekly! I had the opportunity to travel to the Dulles area on business and was glad to have the opportunity to visit Sweetwater...twice! This was my first experience with the... More

Had the prime rib. It was great! The view from the outside dining area of the lake made for a nice evening meal.

Restaurant suggested by rental car agent after we landed at Dulles. Nice location with outdoor bar overlooking a lake. Great selection of draft beers. Dinner menu was quite extensive. We enjoyed the ribs and grill salmon. Fun evening.

This was our first dining option since returning home from abroad. How we missed American food! This restaurant was perfect! Had a casual setting, clean, and fresh with great menu options - for adults and children. The kids had the typical grilled cheese, I had the fish special, my spouse had ribs and a guest had a specialty salad. Everything... More

Love the ribs and salads. Enjoy their signature drinks and has a wonderful, upbeat atmosphere. A great place to bring friends and out of town guests.

The food is very good, the portions are reasonable, but the insistence that there will be no take home boxes because "they apportion the food to reduce waste" comes over as if they know how hungry their diners "should" be.

Hubby had the 16oz angus steak and I had the salmon. both were really tasty however we were full from the starters, we had to have a doggy bag. Still... More
