They serve too much of food that lacks in real quality. They would be better to give smaller portions of better food.

We had great food but it was hard to choose between items when looking at a literal BOOK of choices. It was a lot to pick from which led to confusion. It was also very crowded and our servers/waiters where switched off after we were seated and the first orders were taken. We watched our first waiter happily serve people...

Any cheesecake, any time, any where....you will not be disappointed! Cannot say about the restaurant food, as just did take away. Go for the cheesecake, and stay....for the cheesecake!
Enjoyed eating at the Cheesecake Factory at the Dulles Town Center. We had a 15 minute wait to get seated but could have eaten at the bar if we had wanted to. Our server had our table and also a large party seated across from us but did a good job and was attentive. The food was very good, hot...

We ate here (as we often do) at lunch prior to shopping. It is about an hour drive to this mall, so we consider this a special occasion and do not mind spending a bit more for this meal...but eating lunch helps since they have smaller/cheaper plate options at lunch service. It was so good we went there twice. Great staff prices were average. The service was great The food good The Cheese Cakes to die for
Service was okay eventhough we arrived prior to rush hour of 6:30 p.m. Lighting is horrible we had to use our cell phones to see the menu, which is super long. It isbetter to have a smaller menu with better selections and better pricing. Plates are expensive and quality is not that great.
I've been here many times and haven't had a bad experience yet. The problem with the Cheesecake Factory is that they have a large menu and it takes a while to decide. I've ordered the Navajo a couple times and it never disappoints.
My son and I were pressed for time to get to a show. The wait was 20 minutes for a table so we opted to eat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and took our order right away. We ordered guacamole and chicken samosas with our drinks. We were served quickly and the staff was very friendly and...

The food just isn't that good. Our party ordered several appetizers. Only 2 of the 5 were really good. The fish smelled bad and others that were fried were greasy. On the other hand, the cheesecake, of course, is fantastic. I LOVE the pineapple upside down cheesecake! Go for dessert. Forget the rest! If I were rating this restaurant for...
