Went to the Mill Street grill 2 weeks ago. Actually was trying to find another restaurant, but stumbled on this place and a local suggested we try it. My wife and I both had the Rib Dinner, mine St. Louis style , hers the baby back ribs, both were cooked perfectly, falling off the bone tdender. Alittle dimly lit, and... More

My wife and I ate here our first night in Staunton as it was recommended by our B&B. My wife had a fish dish and I had the medium sized Prime Rib and both were delicious. It's in the main part of Staunton and was an old mill building but lovingly renovated. The portions sizes were excellent and we both... More

It's got good brunch food and very large mimosas. Their signature dish is, oddly, a giveaway cup of peppermint ice cream, which I love. Sadly, at our last visit, it was served melted.

Walked here from the stonewall Jackson hotel. Place is set up nice, great happy hours prices, complementary bread baked in little tins, yummy! The food was decent, I had a mixed fish dish with mahi mahi, what a mistake, had the worst stomachache after. Rest of my party felt fine, they had chicken and burgers. I would go back if... More

Wide menu choices and unique building. Located in a restored mill, it was fun eating in a different-type setting

On our 4th trip to Staunton, my wife saw an advertisement saying they had the best ribs in town. This piqued our interest and I have to say they have the best ribs in Virginia. Cassi took very good care of us and we had a wonderful time.

Traveling leads you to unexpected delights. Such is the case with Mill Street Grill. Our hotel recommended it for dinner and we were not disappointed. My baby back ribs were fall- off-the-bone tender; the sauce equally as good. The tri-part serving of bread (dark rye, wheat and white) with honey butter was scrumptious. The Packard sandwich (thinly sliced prime rib)... More

While traveling from Alabama to New York and Vermont, we (hubby and I) spent the night in Staunton, VA. Based on some good internet reviews we used our GPS and set off in search of the Mill Street Grill. Not too hard with the GPS to locate. We arrived a few minutes after 6 pm on a Wednesday evening and... More
