This restaurant was recommended by the owner of the bed and breakfast we stayed at in Staunton. We were in town on a Sunday night before a holiday and the place was packed. We had to wait a little longer for our food, but definitely worth it. Great ribs and good selection of beer and wine. Definitely would come back... More

We went to Kathy's for supper, were very disappointed, and wish we had eaten our full meal here! After touring the downtown and historic sites, we decided to stop in at Mill Street for a glass of wine and a snack. The place was very busy, and even at 7:00 on a Wednesday, there was wait for tables. We sat... More

We ate here on a very busy, rainy Friday night. Had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. I ordered a Philly style steak sandwich with aus jus. Very tasty. My sister-in-law ordered the hamburger which she enjoyed as well. The service was slow, but all the tables were full.

After a long day traveling we looked for places to eat and drove by the Mill Street Grill. It's outside appeal made it an easy decision to eat at. Parking was good and the host let us select and area that we wished to dine in. Split's of Champagne we available, which are usually listed, but rarely in stock. Our... More

We have been to the Mill Street Grill several times over the years and it has always been good. There is a broad menu with lots of selections and all seem to be prepared well. The bar is quaint and the drinks are well poured. Would definitely recommend to the traveler in the area.

Our 2nd visit, excellent variety of food and the best ribs we've ever had. They are known for their ribs. Great atmosphere, downtown in the historic section. Nice staff. Always a line, so be prepared to wait a bit, but so worth it.

My hubby and I are here on a get away from it all trip. We ate here for dinner the first night. We had to wait about 10-20 minutes for a table, not bad for a Friday night. Especially when you consider that we just beat University of Delaware's football team going into put their name on the list! GO... More

Had dinner here, Our server (Billy) did an outstanding job in describing all the gluten free options. The filet Migon was wonderfully prepared. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are even close!!!

Friends had recommended Mill Street Grill to us, if we should ever find ourselves in Staunton VA. On our recent trip south, we made it a point to stop and eat at the grill. We are very happy that we did. Our server, Wendy, made us feel right at home and very welcomed. The melted goat cheese appetizer looked interesting,... More

Went to the Mill Street grill 2 weeks ago. Actually was trying to find another restaurant, but stumbled on this place and a local suggested we try it. My wife and I both had the Rib Dinner, mine St. Louis style , hers the baby back ribs, both were cooked perfectly, falling off the bone tdender. Alittle dimly lit, and... More
