Great ambiance,great service,great food. What more could you want. From the starter of wonderful bread served very cleverly ( with marvelous berry butter) to the small serving of minty ice cream as a pallet cleaner at the end of your dinner,all was delian. Very nice menu with lots of great choices. Ribs were great! Nice for the family as well.

After taking 250 on a scenic drive, this is definitely a great place to stop. The food is fantastic and the wait staff is incredible. There's always something else to try with a huge menu. The atmosphere, food and service were all excellent! The appetizer, main course and dessert were some of the best I've ever had.

We went there on Saturday night over Memorial Day weekend. We'd been told downtown would likely be "dead" - boy were "they wrong". We heard about this restaurant and it even exceeded our expectations. The beef ribs were to die for. Really nice staff. Would go back in a heartbeat.

I have been to the Mill Street Grill several times when visiting Staunton. The service has always been top-notch. The food is generally good. I had a delicious glass of local wine on this visit (a Shiraz). The chicken nachos were average (dry and piled precariously high on a small plate). A good, but not great, option in Staunton.

What a great restaurant. Thursday night (5:30 pm) and no wait. Several selections of decent half bottles at reasonable price, but it was the food that shone.
