Taste of India offers an excellent lunch time buffet with many of their Indian dishes. If you are roaming in downtown Staunton during the hours of 11:00 and 2:00 and are hungry, you may wish to try it. You will be pleased to enjoy this buffet which is offered at a very reasonable price.

We love Nepali and Indian food and Taste of India is one of the best around. Their staff is always helpful and friendly and the food is excellent. We recently brought some friends who are not big into "different" foods, but they were very impressed and enjoyed their meals very much, saying they would come back again. As a table,... More

NIce restaurant with a very high quality and tasty lunch buffet. Plenty of variety for vegetarians and meat eaters. nice ambiance and friendly staff. I would recommend adding goat to the menu a little more often.

This was a delightful place to have dinner on a Friday night in Staunton. The service was very friendly - my friends go there regularly so they are known to the staff but the staff appeared to greet each table the same way. I like that We shared shrimp jalfrezie, saag paneer and naan. It was delicious and beautiful.

We live near Staunton, but somehow have missed this little place. Sometimes due to the parking down-town you can tend to miss some places. Make sure you look for this in downtown Staunton! We stopped for dinner by accident (we parked right in front on our way somewhere else - and stopped in here instead. So glad we did!) The... More

This was my second time to Taste of India, and, once again, it did not disappoint. The dishes my party enjoyed included chicken tikka masala, mango chicken, and chicken korma. All were delicious. The servers are friendly and will adjust dishes according to your preferences. (Hot vs. medium vs. mild.) Note that the restaurant closes from 2:30-5:00, so make your... More

Found this place on trip advisor, and loved it! The staff is very friendly, and, upon telling one of the employees that we were on vacation, he recommended some places to go around town. Highly recommend the chicken tikka masala.

My Boyfriend & I had lunch at taste of India. Everything was very tasty except the mixed pickles. Most of the dishes on the buffett were labled. They had an ingredient that we didn't care for. The main dishes were plentiful and we like how they cooked the vegetable.

Our family had an excellent meal at the Taste of India buffet. Everything was tasty and well-cooked, with wonderfully fresh ingredients and marvelous sauces and spices. The owners, husband and wife, treated us with great care and respect, bringing us the world's best naan bread right from their oven. One of our party is vegan, and the owners made some... More
