The Beverley is our favorite spot for in town breakfast in Staunton. Small but sufficient menu of comfortable breakfast fare. Today? Omelet with biscuits and coffee. Yum! Friendly and real service. Not fancy, but just right. Watch out for the vintage door though...it slams...

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Menu items included pancakes, homemade biscuits and gravy, sausage, omelettes, and muffins. Nice, local spot in lovely historic Staunton.

The Beverly restaruant at 23 E. Beverley street has very tasty food at reasonable prices. My wife's hamburger was excellent and my fried southern ham with cheese on sourdoug bun was delious.

My friend and I enjoyed a quiet lunch in this little local shop. We were seated in a booth and our orders were taken quickly. Our food was very tasty and the prices were more than fair. It was a nice respite during a busy day of sight-seeing.

We had breakfast there on our way out of town. It was highly rated hence our choice. Very disappointing, very ordinary and pricey to boot. The staff was very friendly though

This restaurant was highly recommended to us by friends as having good home cooking and reasonable prices. We thought it a little strange when we asked people in the area about it, no one seemed to know. We were visiting on a Saturday and made 3 attempts to eat at this restaurant. All in the afternoon. Each time we walked... More

A nice place to get a good, home-cooked breakfast. We each had an omelet with a yummy biscuit, coffee, and orange juice. We bought two homemade blueberry muffins which we ate for lunch the next day as we were traveling. Delicious!!

The Beverley has some good food for lunch. (the only meal I have eaten there). But the homemade coconut crème, chocolate and lemon pies are excellent with a thick layer of meringue on top

We ate a delicious breakfast here and admired the mile high meringue pies. We came back in the afternoon to taste the pies. This place is quaint and cute and the food is basic and tasty. We really liked it.

Be sure to stop in for lunch and step back in time. If you love desserts, check out the homemade pies on the antique oak buffet in the back of the restaurant. You won't be disappointed!
