Large, Varied Menu

The Clocktower is a fun place in which to eat. The historic clock tower outside serves as a type of beacon to bring you in. Not much taller than the building, it is still fairly visible for a short distance. The menu is large and varied. There are daily specials. The waiter told us the chicken... read more

My wife and I were driving back to Indiana from a Washington, DC vacation and decided to avoid the toll roads in PA by taking the southern route home through Virginia. A gentleman at the Mount Vernon G. Washington Grist Mill & Distillery, gave us a Virginia travel guide. That guide is what prompted us to stop in Staunton for... More

This was one of the few restaurants accepting reservations during a busy graduation weekend; we had a party of eight. We had the onion ring tower with pulled bbq, which was a table favorite; the creamy artichoke/spinach dip was also one of the better ones I have had. The entrees were all very good, and represented a good variety of... More

Jen went out of her way to accommodate us when we were visiting JMU for our daughter's graduation. A party of 10 figured out. Heather is an outstanding waitress. We were made to feel right at home. Go!

A great restaurant with great food and reasonable prices... Angela is by far the best waitress I've ever had at any restaurant!

Stopped in for lunch while driving through the area. Wow - what a lucky find! Start with the Spinach Artichoke dip and Stuffed Onion Ring Tower and marvel at the awesomeness of it all. I had a chicken ceasar wrap, and the hubby had a Philly cheesesteak. Both were equally impressive.

We stopped in for lunch on a rainy afternoon. It seemed to be filled with locals which usually is a good sign. I had a chicken salad sandwich and a cup of soup. The chicken salad was just a wee bit different than what I would have expected. It was excellent! The black-eye pea soup was very good. Everyone in... More

Have been twice in past month...lunch both times. i love fried green tomatoes so chose them for a delicious side for my Caprese Panini. The sandwich was wonderful... several choices offered for bread. I had mine on Multigrain and my daughter chose Ciabatta. Fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh basil just made it perfect.. I have not been to any restaurant... More

First time there equals last time there. It seems to be getting harder for people to pay attention to details these days. If a place is busy, I get that. If not, then it's just lousy service. You guys should value your customers more and pay attention to what they order. Then, after that, here's a crazy idea...serve them what... More
