Been coming here since 2004 and it constantly amazes us the quality of its food and old charm ambience. If you want game food, this is the place to have it. The chef knows how to prepare it. The reason we love this place is because of its authentic German food. Reminds us so much of our Bavarian life of... More

They offer a great variety of German dishes at a reasonable price. Nice selection of German beers, too. The servers are friendly and knowledgable. Owner is German which helps. Veal and pork are always tender and juicy. Brats are tasty. Sides are authentic - red cabbage, spaetzle, etc...

15 years ago I bragged about this place to the owner of a restaurant IN GERMANY. Last night I had Jaegerschnitzel that probably came off the Sysco truck. I can never go back, now. It's just so sad.

The food wasn't all that special and the staff didn't know a word of German. The expectation didn't measure up to the experience. For the price I expected more.

Great place for a special occasion. It's a little pricey. Food is excellent and service very good. The menu is a great selection of authentic German food. I love the Jaeger Schnitzel and Spaetzle!

I love this place! It's a lovely and small place tucked away from a major road. The menu delicious contains German classics and the staff is very friendly (example: several years ago, my mother approached the owner- who was sitting and folding napkins- to praise the cooking, and they ended up sitting together chatting and folding napkins together). The beer... More

I had not been in ere for several years. Had a bad experience several years ago and also felt that price was very high for what you got. A friend kept saying I need to go back so I finally went to lunch there. I can not say enough good about them now. Whatever changed it is working. Highly recommend.

Stopped in for dinner while in town on a business trip. The waitress, Petra, was very pleasant and helpful in choosing a meal. The pork was so tender it fell off the bone and needed little effort to cut with a fork. The potatoes and sauerkraut were also cooked to perfection. The meal was completed with some black forest cake... More
