Always good food !

Basic American food menu. The prime rib sandwich is a great price and the side salads are large. Large booths and tables for large groups of people.

Met a friend for dinner here. Joined the Kilroys club online and got a coupon for a free appetizer. Ordered the chicken quesadillas. Eh. Probably the second best part of the meal, besides the honey biscuits. A fresh basket of honey biscuits was the highlight. Menu tries to offer a mix of sports bar and restaurant fare. I ordered the... More

I've been to this location a few times over the past couple of months. They always have their flyers out indicating their happy hour specials, and I do notice a lot of cars in the parking lots. The last time we went for lunch we had a nice booth, the food was good - hamburger was large, tasteful and the... More

While visiting our aunt in Springfield, Virginia, we treated her for dinner, her choice? Kilroy's. The interior is tired, but I have to say we loved the wonderful old posters, that cover their walls...from old Rockwell to vintage WWII, all of it very patriotic. The place is a neighborhood bar and restaurant and always busy. We sat in the dining... More

Good bar not good food We have come here a few times over the years but the quality has declined. My sandwich was greasy and the fries soggy Wait saff is average. Did not refill my tea. Over priced for the quality of food I will avoid from now on

We were visiting friends in D.C. and it was time to pick a restaurant for dinner. We told them to pick somewhere where they went for "comfort food", their home away from home. They brought us here, to Kilroys, a few blocks from their home. This restaurant is decorated with posters from the 40s and 50s, most with a patriotic... More

The theme, "Meet me at Kilroy's" is correct. Great place meet friends, watch a game, or grab a bite to eat. Outdoor patio is one of the best in the area. Staff is great!

Kilroy's provides decent American food with an atmosphere that is sure to please everyone. I say that because it really has 3 separate areas, and you have to like one of them. The main dining room is quiet, patriotically decorated, and has many televisions in case you want to glance at the game or the weather channel while you eat.... More

When my wife and I moved to the area, we found Kilroy's. It is a good place. We especially like seeing all the World War I recruiting posters on the walls. The food is pretty good and you get a lot, especially the pasta dishes. The biscuits are superb. The sports bar lounge can be very crowded during events, but... More

The buffet offers lots of variety. Pastries, biscuits, gravy, grits, eggs Benedict, pasta, waffles, bacon, sausage and chocolate fountain with strawberries and marshmallows. Quality is average. My omelet was cold. The gravy was lukewarm. Pastries weren't fresh. Definitely not worth the price they charge and the quality of what you receive. Service is very good with nice and attentative staff.
