I've had the fortune to eat here twice now. Beautiful decor, great service and delicious food. The menu is limited but very interesting and I love that you can order a small, mediuim or large portion. However if you order tea, beware... while it has a great flavor, it's not your typical southern tea. Enjoy!

Sorry I can't remember our meals as it was about a year ago that we visited this restaurant. We brought an infant with us and although it was rather upscale, the staff was friendly and accommodating. SERvice was wonderful and I know we all enjoyed our meals tremendously. We didn't realize that they close between lunch and dinner so we... More

On St Paddy's Day, the restaurant the hotel recommended was overflowing and the Blue Apron just happened to be up the block. It was empty and I almost passed on it, but I was hungry and didn't want to look any further. Neat, clean and tidy - nicely appointed but unexceptional décor. Service was perfect - timely, to the point... More

Five stars to Chef Scott Switzer, who prepares wonderfully delicious offerings. Small plates (plenty of food for me!) are a welcome option. The decor, compliments of Scott's talented bride, is an open, clean and very attractive marriage of the traditional building structure with more contemporary appointments. The only problem? Noise level. I find myself craning to understand conversations and shouting... More

I've been here several times since my first review and it just keeps getting better. The service is fantastic, the seasonal menu's are top notch and offer something for everyone. My only complaint, and its a small one, the seasonal mixed drink menus tend to be a tad on the weak side. Its really the ONLY place in Salem for... More

Summary: Tasty offerings for lunch and dinner, option for small or large plates is great, but it is noisy, staff can be snobby, food is overly sweet, and the price is high for the overall experience. We have been here a few times as a couple, and my husband has often been here for work lunches. After spending a day... More

Great concept of fresh upscale food in a beautifully restored old Main Street property.the chef offers full or half plates so we ordered 4half plates instead of 2full plates.ordered half sirloin with half crab cake, each came with starch and vegetable.my wife had 2half plates of chicken and pork.we split a lobster bisque and a warm endive and avacodo salad.the food,service,ambiance... My husband and I had lunch at the Blue Apron on Valentine's Day 2015. Always be sure to make reservations at this place because every time we have been here, it's packed! The prices are a bit high, but always worth the extra money. Service is very good and the wine list is extensive. I ordered the roast chicken and... More

Very small and a little loud due to the old and high ceilings, but the food was wonderful. Service grey and wine was super! I have been there 3 times since and will continue to go. Everytime we go we find something else we like
