Had a good dinner on the patio with my dog. The pasta servings are HUGE so plan to either share or take a ton home. I appreciated that they split an order for my daughter and me but did not charge a split plate fee. The service was good and she was friendly as well.

We arrived around 6 pm on a Sunday, happy to find the restaurant open (we forgot to check before leaving the hotel). The hostess asked us if we'd like to sit outside and listen to the live music or sit inside; when we requested outside she said they were full and could seat us inside. Ok. We got our drinks... Neat little place, tucked away in a residential area, but food was nothing special. We ordered 2 kinds of pizzas, they took A LONG time due to other guests ordering pizzas. They got our pizza order wrong so had to wait more, but the server did bring my son some mac and cheese while he waited. So, nice atmosphere, but... More

Great food, especially their pizza. You might wait long for your food during dinner hours. Once in a while we get a server that seems to have an attitude, but most of the time they are pleasant. Outdoor patio is great in the evenings.

Fork in the Alley drew me there one night last month because I wanted brats, and quite frankly there are not too many places in the Roanoke Valley that serve brats, much less good ones. 'Fork' did not disappoint, as I left satisfied from my brat and polish sausage evening!

Love this place. It's tucked away down an ally way, but worth the effort to find. Great pizza, woo oven yum. The outside eating area is wonderful. Prices are very reasonable but be sure to take advantage of the 10% off. Details are on the table and you'll need a cell phone with text messaging.

We visited Fork in the Alley on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. The service was attentive and the food was delicious. My wife ordered a pizza, which was tasty and generously topped as the menu promised. I had a pesto/pasta dish...it was exceptional! The one last characteristic that made this restaurant one of my favorite is that it is

Stopped here with the family (6 of us total). The menu was solid, and the food was great. There seem to be a lot of locals there. We stopped on a Monday night, and there were a lot of bicycle riders that came by after their ride. Everyone was super nice. Right next door was a great gourment cup-cake place... More
