Wow.

There are lots and lots of BBQ places, and like others, this one is a hole in the wall. I'm normally not a Bridget lover, but their sliced brisket sandwich was a total surprise and delight.

I have been twice, several years apart. Other than the hush puppies changing, still great. This is a small venue, so get there early or make reservations. The ribs are to die for. Craft beers that are very delightful. A perfect place to meet friends for a dinner out. The service was wonderful. So good we left double the tip.

The atmosphere was wonderful. Just a small little restaurant. The decor and music were perfect for a "Blues" atmosphere (go figure, right?). The waitress who put my meal together (to-go) was great! Made sure I was taken care of and even wanted to know if I wanted a refill while waiting! Fantastic place! Hope I can dine-in next time.

We have gone here twice. The food is good. Service was a little slow both times especially when sitting outside. Until service improves, there are just too many good places to eat and drink right in town.

The St Louis style BBQ is very good, not too much sauce or rub, just the right amount. This is a good place to eat in or take out. Located in the CIty Farmer's Market downtown. Not always easy to find street parking in this area, I use the public parking lot nearby. Be careful using salt on the fried... More

Waiting for class J 611 steam engine's homecoming, but got hungary. Admittedly there was also an art street show, but restaurant did not seem overly crowded. Seat yourself, order was taken pretty quick, but then infrequent visits to table and food took longer then I expected. I supposed the bbq was already fixed. Getting the check took to long after... Succotash and grit cakes where ok but food in general wasn't good at all. Brisket was awful. Ribs where ok but not worth the price.

I ate here a few years ago and the food was better then. I recently tried the combo plate with ribs, Memphis pulled pork, chicken and brisket. Basically everything was bland. I couldn't taste any evidence of any of the meats being smoked. The pulled pork was a mess and overpowered with the sauce. A friend had the burrito and... More

We were traveling through and wanted bbq They had a great menu and were reasonably priced. The waitress suggested a delicious brisket burrito that we both enjoyed. The pulled pork was very tender and not fatty. Sauce was good. The hush puppies were SO GOOD. Cole slaw was good with pork. We had a beer while waiting for the to... More
