We went for a pre-theater dinner. The menu had changed, again, I couldn't get what I wanted. So, I got the Chicken Parmesan-it was a large portion, but mediocre, at best, not good. I didn't eat much of my dinner, brought it home then, threw it away--it just wasn't good. We had an early dinner because we had tickets to... More

I'm currently dining here and it is TERRIBLE!!!!! Like there's not even 10 customers here, and it took FOREVER!!!! Like seriously? Really poor service. I've heard at some point it was really busy but this is not that AT ALL. Ugh awful:( The Mac + cheese was just pasta with a small sherd of cheese! And the chicken was like... More

This was our go-to restaurant for a nearby place that we could get into with a varied menu and attentive service. We would also use the online order pickup for a quality bring home meal.. One favorite was their crusted sole that was prepared with care and great. The last two times this dish was obviously a re-heat from the... More

Always a good experience. The food is good, atmosphere is fun because of the family friendliness and Italian lessons in the bathroom. Definitely give it a try if you haven't already!

Where to begin? Poor service, over-salted bread loaf, cold (meant to be hot) appetizers, cold entrees, AWFUL water-downed drinks (martinis), clueless staff who kept getting orders wrong (even other tables), and patrons asking to speak to management - at least twice that we overheard! I wasn't expecting Michelin star quality food, but edible? Hot maybe? Remotely tasty? Edible, even? Instead,... More

Food is always good, not great, at this national francise outlet near the Reston Town Center. The RTC is a short walk where many options and a movie theater are available. Menu prices and Service are also good with a variety of drink options.

My husband had been to a funeral in the morning and driven all day to get back to hotel we stopped in for dinner expecting to get a nice Italian meal.. My husband ordered a caprese salad with not one piece of basil in sight and instead of bring my salad at the same time they brought my entre first!... More

What happened to this restaurant? It used to be dependable...and a great place to go with kids. This time the flatbread was charred and the lasagne rubbery. There were only a few tables occupied but still the service was slow and "inattentive". Sorry to say--tonight was our last visit.

Romano's Grill is one of the restaurant that you can typically count on for a good/descent meal while you're traveling on the road. No different here....had a nice lunch, good service and a pretty deal for the bucks. Like any other restaurant....busy times you will have to wait. No complaints.

Service was excellent. We went on a Friday night around 5:00 PM. The food was good. We enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms. The Italian Bake is huge. We took half of it home. It was a fun night.
