The food at Pollo Peru is good. Chicken is slow cooked over lump charcoal. Very juicy and delicious. Sides are quite good for a fast food place, choices are not mainstream American but reflect hispanic tastes -- it's really a great little place for a well cooked ethnic take on barbecue chicken.

First visit to their store located at the corner of Dranesville and Rt 7. Clean and well lit. Service was incredibly fast. The surprise was the condiments they use to spice up their chicken. Very tasty but use in small portions. The yucca fries were very similar to french fries but with a slightly less oily taste that you find... More

I have been to this establishment few times. Although is not the best Peruvian chicken is not the worst either. The location is convenient.During my last stop I noticed they charged me $0.50 additional per side order. When I asked why,the extra charge I was told those items were more expensive to buy. I find this misleading and to an extent... More

This place, tucked in beside the Home Depot, is kind of a hidden gem. The simple menu and layout of the place probably helps keep the prices down... but they're still on the high side for our family of four. That being said, everything wonderfully fresh, nicely spiced and served in an efficient manner. There's no waitstaff - but everything... More

This Peruvian Rotisserie chicken restaurant is a simple affair. But it does beat fast food places hands down, both for freshness, taste and value. Don't let the location next to Home Depot, interior simplicity and low prices fool you. The chicken served is indeed an excellent meal that is served hot off the grill. The additional sides, which includes the... More

We frequently choose Pollo Peru for carryout, although the seating area is roomy, clean, and attractive in a bare-bones sort of way. The chicken is superb any time of day--hot with crispy skin and juicy flavorful meat. The sides are very good. We especially like the cole slaw, black beans, and rice. You can buy a whole chicken or a... More

I live alone and so I make a weekly trip to Pollo Peru for a whole chicken and two large sides. That's 4 full, healthy meals during the week taken care of - and mighty tasty too.

Really good food which would not break your wallet. I tried multiple items from the menu, with quarter chicken a common item.

The smell of rotisserie chicken first catches your attention long before you ever walk in. They have a simple menu. I always get the quarter chicken with plantains and sweet potato fries. The sauces that they give you are amazing and the price is very inexpensive. They are always packed for lunch every single day to give you an idea... More
