Affordable, excellent Middle Eastern Food

We come here often. The food is excellent, the service prompt and the staff very welcoming. Great to eat out doors under the vines. And to top it all off the prices are very good - one of the most affordable restaurants in Kerikeri. Highly recommended

Healthy fresh take out or eat in. Cooked in your presence whilst you wait in a matter of minutes. Great taste, ample portion sizes and quite unusual too. A winner all round with a bonus of friendly staff.

We ate there their Shawarma in pita-bread, and also a falafel. They made it heavenly. We then spoke to Ariel, the owner. Such a nice guy. Best Israeli restaurant in New Zealand, we suppose.

The Best middle eastern food I had in NZ, putting some of the big names back in Israel to shame. Great authentic food, great authentic atmosphere and service. If you're up to a middle eastern delight, it's the best you can taste in NZ and for an honest price.

Nice food in a nice setting. It's in an area with many restaurants around so there is plenty of choice if you are with a group of friends that works prefer other types of food.

I love this place, great eating for family and couples. Amazing meals that everyone can afford. You can go wrong with it here. Only problem is they tend to run out of Rose Turkish delight :o)

Went here on the recommendation of the winery at Cottle Hill. The food was good with decent size portions but the lady serving us came across like we were bothering her.. I would recommend just ordering the food but eating it outside under the covered patio..

We visited Keri-Keri as a family and were delighted with the food and service provided by Cafe Jerusalem. What I like particularly is that we came with a group of about 21 adults and Victoria accommodated us and suggested a group menu to cater to our needs. We appreciated the fact that they looked after all of us very well.... More

I certainly do. It's one of my pet hates and invariably leads to poor service. I've been looking to try the food here for a while so headed there this evening. Not too busy, i headed for a table near the window, but was asked to move to a smaller table, either outside or near the entrance, I chose outside.... More
