Food was beautifully cooked and presented. Breakfast the next morning was full of variety - you'd have to be a very fussy eater not to like anything on the buffet

We spent a long weekend here. We had previously stayed at the Peppers in Marlborough Sounds. the one in Marlborough had amazing food but the accommodation was badly in need of refurbishment. We thought this one in Martinborough would have both. Certainly the room was lovely, very spacious and with tranquil views over the lake. It was immaculate. However, we... More

My husband and I dined here on a Friday night. We both had the pork belly entrée which was beautiful, our mains were really nice but my lamb dish was on the small side. I ordered the deconstructed lemon meringue pie which I'd been looking forward to since we'd checked in the day before and seen the menu. Unfortunately it... More

Food was great, especially the goat cheese salad and pecan pie. Beautiful old building and could be so much more elegant but it seems the current owners are happy to promote it as a bar and grill. Service was good. Definitely eat here again.

We dined here as part of our weekend stay. We had their Table d'Hote progressive dinner which was 4 courses - all amazing! To start was a 2 bread plate with 3 dipping sauces to share. Next was a spanakopita which was spinach & feta cheese pastry dish - light yet flavourful. Then a sorbet in between. For mains I... More

This is a lovely venue with a great aspect over the central Martinborough square however I felt the service & process was not reflective of either the venue, or the pricing. There is no table service mid week as the restaurant is closed so you need to dine in the bar area. No problem with that really other than the... More

Have always heard Peppers was well worth a visit and we we were not disappointed. Excellent food with a flair from a chief who made time to talk to his guests. Exceptional service by two very professional waiter/waitress made a memorable evening. Highly recommended as being a cut above the rest. Looking forward to dining here again.

We recently dined at The Label Room for my birthday dinner, which exceeded our expectations with excellent service, great value and beautiful food. Beautiful, we will be back.
