Unexpectedly good cafe for the location

A lace like this could get away with serving anything as there aren't so many places to eat in town and it is only passing trade, but they do a really good job. Food is eclectic and well prepared, service was friendly. All in all a very enjoyable meal.

Thank you for your cooperation, friendly service to a family of four adults and two children, and then the following night two adults. The menu is varied, to suit most tastes and appetites, and very high quality food. You do a remarkable thing in such a remote area.

I and my boyfriend had dinner there last Sunday. I chose a pizza and it was good, he chose the fish of the day. Well I think 36 $ it was too much for that plate. Nothing special and he was still hungry after that.

This was probably our least favorite place. Maybe because there were a couple of groups and it was noisy. Food was okay. Place was very busy though. We didn't have a pizza so can't comment on those. Tables were a bit crammed in. Maybe we just got them on a busy night. A bit expensive like everywhere else in C.B..... More

My wife and I had dinner here and it was nice. My wife had the satay chicken curry which was tasty but not spicy so we asked for some chilli which the waitress got for us no problem. I had the fish of the day (emperor) with a Mediterranean salad. The fish was lovely, the salad average. The wine list... More

For $36 the Goldband Snapper "fish of the day" sounded promising but was overcooked and dry. The salad that comes with the fish was nice. The lasagne was equally disappointing and very bland. There isn't much choice in town so if you go here better stick to safe choices like pizza, battered fish, etc.

If you are looking for good food near the beach then look no further. We ate lunch one day of a chicken and salad sandwich for only $6 (a price way cheaper than the big smoke) and it was delicious. The next night we wanted seafood so returned to the Reef Cafe. The seafood curry was divine as was the... More

Great place to eat. We dined here twice when we couldn't be bothered whipping up a meal in the caravan. We enjoyed dining out the front of the restaurant where we could have our dog with us and also byo wine. First visit shared seafood platter- plenty of food for two! Fish, chips, prawns and oysters were divine. Calamari and... More
