Too many emulsions, and too many flavours. If the food was simpler it would be better. Had the duck - like chewing rubber.

We ate here for a family meal after reading the reviews and were not disappointed. We all went for the 'tasting' menu and loved each delicious and beautifully presented course. The two table staff were attentive and helpful with descriptions and choice of wine. If you want fast and huge don't come here, it is a home of gastronomy and... More

Beautiful romantic setting in an exquisite building and gardens. We really enjoyed dining in this authentic setting at Chateau Yering. The service is A1 and the food the same. Although not inexpensive, for the workmanship and food quality, it is a fairly reasonable price for a restaurant of this reputation. We had a three course menu of intricate dishes, which... More

Great food. Went for the five course degustation menu. Every dish featured local produce. Fantastic service. Extensive wine list.

Loved the huge dining room. It is old world charm.Felt very comfortable and welcoming. The real fireplace on a cold night was beautiful to sit nearby.

My partner and I opted for the five course degustation with matched wines. 4 of the 5 courses were stellar. The service was exemplary and wine matchings well paired. An excellent ambience in an old chateau.

magnificent venue, sadly the service was ordinary from forgetting the wines to staff that appeared disinterested. Food was good but not as expected.

The sommelier was the best! Food was great and the service impeccable. I also believe the price was reasonable.

Having eaten at a number of hatted restaurants, I was disappointed at this one. I felt that the dinning room lacked something and the staff did not sparkle. The food was striving to be innovative, however , for me it failed to deliver. My partner had the poacher spanner crab for entree and I had the tuna. For me the... More

We had the degustation menu which was absolutely delicious. The surroundings are elegant, the service excellent, the food delicious. Compliments to the chef and all the staff for making our special occasion so memorable.
