This restaurant has a big reputation in town. The food is not bad and it supposedly has one of the best cellars around but at the end of the experience, the bill always hots you hard.

An extensive menu, an impressive wine list and a sufficient number of cocktails ($15). The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff fantastic. The food is very good but not outstanding. I guess we are all price sensitive and some of the dishes fall just that little bit short. At $34-$39 you do expect a bit more razzle dazzle. In saying... More

I heard this was the best restaurant here. Perhaps it is but anyone from the city etc will be disappointed in the food standard. Ordered Oysters Mornay - The waitress said oh that's not very low card with all that cheese, "as I said I didnt't eat gluten or carbs" Cheese was a protein last time I checked. However service... Sometimes you find the most unexpected good things by accident. Driving along the esplanade at Bargara (near Bundaberg) we were surprised to find a fully occupied classy restaurant called Kacy's. The visual impression was immediately appealing. Not deterred by the full occupancy we asked for a table and were rewarded by someone leaving as we arrived. The ambience is the... More

A special dinner for 12 family ( all adults) was marred by the less than interested staff, poor service and a meal mix up. Sorry we spent our money (a substantial amount) in this place. Meals were adequate, not too pricey but it seems we were just an inconvenience and not a valued customer. The setting and décor are great... More

Just had dinner at this restaurant and the experienced was mixed. A retired chef with 20 yrs in the industry, i was apprehensive in visiting this venue for two reasons initially, reason one being the exhorbitant prices charged and reason two was that the menu itself was in itself, a transcript of biblical proportion. In my experience, you do several... More
