Not being from Bundaberg but a recent visitor due to my partners work. We regularly eat at Kacys. We expect the same experience each time which is yummy fresh food, awful service by inexperienced wait staff & a great view! This visit was quite the same. However, I wonder why the manager or the owner never address the same issues... More

It was a lesson for me not to take too much notice of some of the negative reviews. We very nearly didn't give Kacy's a go because some of the negative reviews it had been given on this site, but I must say I am glad we did. The food was excellent and we couldn't fault the service. If we... More

My family and I booked a table of 8 last Thursday night. The service was very friendly, polite and helpful which was a great start to our night. We all ordered different entrees to share and they were all tasty and well presented. The blue cheese scallops were to die for! Our waitress told us that there was no imported... More

Had a great dinner here ... Food, service and value were all fantastic. I had Chicken Atlantis (chicken topped with a more ton bay bug, prawns, scallops) and it was awesome.

We have been to Kacys now numerous times and find it to still be the highest quality food in Bundaberg region. Due to the menu being very extensive we can't say we have had everything but the Kilcoy meatballs n wings as starters are a serious hit. For entree the Scallops and the salmon stack are a sure winner. The... More

Looking at the extensive menu I found it hard to decide as it all sounded mouth watering. I finally settled for the Gumbo at 39.90. At that price I expected 'A' grade seafood and I was really disappointed to find I had 1/2 a small moreton bay bug, two mussels 3cm in size, 2 medium prawns, 1 piece of calamari... More

Nice atmosphere would be the only positive. We ordered 2 mains. Everything was very pricy. We thought it wasn't so bad until we realised we were only paying for the meat! $32 for a piece of very small salmon and additional cost for any sides. Not even a (meal) my partner ordered a streak which was $32 plus an additional $5... More

I wount bother going into lots of details. The food was over cooked and dry. The double rosted duck was chewy and the 2 slices of mushroom were useless. The best thing about the entree was the food that the chefs bought in and had nothing to do with. Ordered dessert to give the chefs another chance, so I ordered... More

Unfortunately a very disappointing meal all around. The Moreton Bay Bugs were dry and not sure where the brandy butter was. When we asked on the likelihood of receiving our meal soon (90 minutes after ordering) we were chastised by a staff member telling us that one of the meals takes a long time to cook). Another meal in our... More
