We had eaten here on a previous visit to the area, and decided to eat here since we were staying at the hotel. We were actually seated at the same table. I had the filet while my wife had the veal. Both of them were prepared well and tasted great. We shared a bottle of wine from a local winery.... More

The filet of beef was perfectly done, the breads were wonderful. Rooms well appointed and service outstanding. I'd pass on the soups, though which were a bit disappointing.

....for a late lunch in their pub. We both had their oyster mushroom soup...excellent....my wife the crab cake and I had the bacon burger with a salad....both excellent... Very good wine list. Decor was very well appointed and atmosphere very congenial. Our server was super friendly and attentive. The general introduced himself and even walked us to the front door... More

My husband and I had lunch here on our way through Orange and we're so glad we did - the food is out of this world!! We both had the Willow Grove Local Burger - they were cooked to perfection, very juicy and tasted great, I had the truffled mac n' cheese as my side and it was so delicious... More

The Inn at Willow Grove has been updated to a fare thee well--purportedly to the tune of some $10 million invested in this beautiful, once all but derelict Virginia plantation house. The food was fine, the setting contemporary California chic (and yes, it could have been California for all that the decor had anything to do with Virginia), the staff... More

Having stayed at the Inn at Willow grove before, it should have come as no surprise to me that the quality of the meal I would enjoy at Vintage Restaurant be right up there with any other I have had prepared by a 3 Star Michelin chef. But once again my expectations were exceeded. While it is difficult to consistently... More

Holladay House B&B arranged the Chef's Tasting Menu a special arrangement for wedding parties. The food was decadent and delicious. My new husband and I each had separate selections since I am a vegetarian. I'm fairly certain the chef prepared a vegan dining experience for me proving that vegan food can taste amazing. It was the perfect after-wedding meal for... More

Enjoyed a awesome omelette, chicken and waffles, and homemade corn bread. The details of the meal and the service was excellent. The manger visited us often to ensure our satisfaction. Samantha, our server was a pleasure to work with. Try to save room for desert. We Highly recommend the restaurant for brunch or even for dinner. If you get a... More

There were 2 major events within 10 miles of the Inn. I needed reservations for weekend guests for dinner and knew it was likely they were full. The staff made every effort to accommodate our party. While they had never been, everyone treated them as old friends and found a way to fit them into their full schedule. Despite the... More

I have driven past this place on many occasions, on the way to NoVa for family events. I was aware that it had been a bed and breakfast for many years, and it never seemed like a place that I would care about. On the last drive-by it happened to be lunch time on Sunday, so the thought was "why... More
