for the area, for accessible, very good prices, good portions, friendly staff, not too much more you can ask for :) good for getting a cooler/"lunch box" to go for the day!

Well worth it when staying in kaanapali. Neat place, good food, very reasonable prices. We only got food to go. Fried rice was best ive ever had. Good pork as well. We also tried the road to hana box and it was a great picnic meal. Do not miss the maui bars, delicious!

"Not expensive" food is a rare in this area and really makes me happy as we enjoyed all plates that we ordered. We planned to come back again but didn't have any chance later. Will be back when we stay around Kaanapali area.

Yep, paper plates and plastic knives and forks. Order and pick up you meal from the counter. That said, great, inexpensive food.

We have had dinner and breakfast at CJ's Deli the food has been great on both occasions. The prices blow away any other restaurant in Ka'anapali. Fresh salads, breads, potatoes etc. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in West Maui.

They cater as well so if you are going to be in a condo or timeshare call the chef to prepare your meals while you are in town.

The CJ Deli and Diner; aka "The Comfort Zone" is a wonderful, fiunky, casual place for great breakfasts, lunches and early diners. This brightly decorated restaurant was a very short walk from the Maui Eldorado and the pancakes we tried were fairly good and filling. The price was also right. The staff was also friendly. We didn't try anything else, but we may go back on our next island visit!

I had the loko moko, local dish, pretty good! And my husband had an orange chicken type dish, yum yum!
