There is no excuse for a restaurant this expensive to run out of espresso. There just isn't. Otherwise, the food was good (nothing out of the ordinary) and the service fine.

The location of the restaurant, overlooking a pond with a waterfall and the ocean far off in the distance is the perfect setting. On the night that we were there, there were numerous large parties and while our service was okay, I think it could have been better. We had 3 "servers." This may sound funny, but I have never... We always enjoy brunch at Swam Court. The setting is gorgeous with swans swimming in the lagoon. The brunch is nice with a selection of both breakfast breads, eggs, and meats. I really liked the Portuguese sausage. There is also a selection of Japanese items such as miso soup, rice, and tofu. The best part is the view.

No doubt a nice location. Pretty waterfall and nice swans. But , if you're going for the food, you might be disappointed. We ordered filet-mignon and it was the "driest " cut of meat I've ever seen. Potato also tasted a bit stale. So consider the expensive bill for the environment - not the food !!

The food was pretty average. The location was the best part of the restaurant, but the loud, horrid "singer" really ruined any nice ambience it might have had.

Just what the title says. This was the most expensive meal we had on Maui this year, but the food, service and ambiance were worth the cost.

We paid a lot and got a lot. The view, the scenery, the service, the quality of food, the drinks and the dessert were all top of the line. We were given a table right on the water where brave ducks and other small birds come close in search of scraps. If you're ornithophobic, I don't recommend this place. If... More

...but not great. We went for a very late night dinner after 3-4 hour reservation waits at Whaler's Village (11pm -12am for dinner? Ummmmm...no), so showed up at Son'z about 45 minutes or so before closing. The food was good. In fact, I'd probably call it very good. I had the 22oz. bone-in ribeye, and it was flavorful and cooked... More

We came here for Mother's Day dinner this year. We were excited to try a new restaurant. My husband came down to check in for our reservation and she pointed to the table we were getting and told him they had to set it up. it was a nice table in the centre of the restaurant- perfect for mothers day....
