Description: The striking beauty of Swan Court was the inspiration for the color and design of the interior. From the mustard and sage infused wall coverings to the festive amber and ocher jewel-toned mosaic tiles in the bar, the setting provides a warm, intimate backdrop to the "real show": the food, the service, the company you're in. Earth-toned woven shades and carved driftwood panels on the walls are part of an updated Hawai'iana theme reflected in the textures, colors, and even in the abstract by the fabric patterns. The stunning mahogany-framed glass walled wine cellar with tumbled marble floor and exotic tortoise-shell chandelier are the focal point of the room.

I have been to Son'z now three of four times. The first time was in December 2013, when we went to choose a reception venue. This last trip to Maui, it was for my wedding. In December, we went to look at roughly five restaurant options. After seeing the spaces, tasting the food, and meeting with the managers, we chose... More

My wife and I had dinner at this restaurant. The restaurant has a pond with Swans and Ducks swimming in it. A nice atmosphere. We shared a spicy calamari starter and we both had the snapper main course. The staff were friendly but we were very disappointed with the service. One might encounter this more when a restaurant is full... More

Spent 9 days in Maui, obviously great food choices but didn't expect steak. One wouldn't think of steaks on an island, not good steaks. After a day traversing the island and seeing herds of cattle, decided to give it a shot while lounging at the pool. Open Table made reservations easy knew from the description it would be elegant. An... More

They just rolled out a new dinner menu in March and the food we had was outstanding. We had the filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. Every part of the meal was top notch---best meal we had on Kaanapali Beach. The view of the waterfall and swans was pretty cool. With Tropica gone, this is our new... More

We went out to dinner for my 60th birthday to Sonz @ Swan Court (Hyatt). Wonderful experience. Gorgeous pond with waterfall and Flamingos. Swans and ducks swim by throughout the meal. Excellent meal. We shared a "Chopped Salad" of shrimp, avocado, hearts of palm, feta cheese and more - Yum! I had Rack of Lamb with fig-lamb juice and Kohlrabi... More

We went for breakfast twice because we had a 2 for 1 coupon. The breakfast is average buffet food, not 5 star dining. The view however was beautiful. If you want to pay a lot for food you can get anywhere then go. Maybe Lunch and Dinner is different?

The food as well as the ambiance were beyond belief! The menu was extensive and very well thought out. Service was fantastic. It was a wonderful place to enjoy dinner and watch the beautiful swans swim by.

Great setting, wasn't busy but the service was very rushed like they couldn't turn the table over fast enough ... and the girl scamming the photographs for $20 takes away from the whole experience ... lose her quickly. Food was OK.

Aloha and thank you for taking the time to share your review. Our staff at Sonz takes great pride in delivering five star food with gracious, timely service. It has been a tradition for many of our guests to purchase a photograph year after year to remember their time with us. Unfortunately this time we did not deliver, and for... More

I live in Lahaina, Maui and finally visited Son'z while my parents were in town staying at the Hyatt (I also highly recommend the Hyatt). We first had their buffet brunch which was great. Super nice wait staff and very good food. Then we ate at Son'z for dinner which was awesome! The Italian food was delicious. I got the... More

This very attractive space at the Hyatt offered a specialty of potato-encrusted fish, and we enjoyed it with the pink snapper called Opakapaka. Service was friendly and attentive.
