Good breakfast sandwich

I am not 100% clear which restaurant people are reviewing here. This place in this photo appears to be the place by the ferry dock, now called Panaderia Tropical. The new cook is very nice, and the sandwich bread was very good - despite some of the review comments, the coffee was fine today. The... read more

Even if your hands are shaking and your head is about to explode due to caffeine depravation, do not drink this old, burnt, horrible tasting coffee. Even instant coffee is better than this. The tostadas were good and the service was decent. It was the only place opened at 6 am as we waited for the ferry. Bottom line: 3... More

Small pastry shop where you can also order pancakes, eggs, breakfast sandwiches, etc. Decent prices.

By 10:30 am most places had stopped serving breakfast and someone recommended going to El Patio. We did and the food was very good. The only thing we didn't like was the cold coffee. We did not want to complain so we just left it and drank the bottled water we had.

Doesn't every town have a bakery that lures you in with the aroma when you walk by? A nice clean comfortable place to stop and have a cup of coffee and fresh local baked goods.

Breakfast is awesome, the donuts are almost perfect, and the coffee blew Starbucks out of the water. Prices are very reasonable but, truthfully, I would have paid twice as much for the donuts they were that good. We took a several with us. I wish I had gone there for lunch as the sandwiches looked just as good. It was... More

El Patio is not your normal bakery in the US. It's small and very local but the service is great. You can get fresh bred in the morning or, you can order a nice sandwich to go before you hit the beach. They have freshly brewed coffee and fresh baked Pan de Agua.

We walked to this little cafe near the airport for breakfast. Locals told us they had good food at great prices! They were right. They had eggs 3 different styles, everything with ham and cheese. Great local bread with ham and cheese sandwiches. fyi, they eat a LOT of ham and cheese in Puerto Rico!
