Good, cheap, fast sandwiches

Good Cubano and open on Christmas day for breakfast. Not a huge selection, cash only. Some doughnuts and pastries available.

I got in line that went to the door and I waited 1hr 15 min. for a plain scrambled eggs and coffee order. There were people sitting down waiting for their orders longer than me. They have no coffee maker, just 1 espresso machine and they guy only makes 1 at a time! Service is not a priority. The guy... More

This bakery/deli had a huge line when we stopped by. We got our lunch sandwiches for the beach and breakfast in one stop. The donuts looked delicious, the breakfast was good, but the wait was crazy. I'm not sure if it was usually busy at that time, or if it is always like that. You can buy fresh bread. Do... More

We went here for breakfast because of the mostly great reviews. After going, we decided we would just stay in and cook our own breakfast. Was not impressed. Won't go back.

So, it sounds like the Cubano sandwiches may be good based on other reviews, but our breakfast of eggs and bacon (more like dried ham slice) was awful. VERY long wait, rude workers, bad coffee. Very disappointed because we really like to support the locals.... Not this one ever again. Plus parking is a pain.

Food was basically average.... wait was VERY long. At least 4 locals came and ordered AFTER us and were served before us. The one person who was right after us (also a NON-local) also had his order conveniently overlooked.... after going to counter several times after 30 minute wait, we was offered a free donut for the delay.

Great stop for breakfast or lunch. Very inexpensive. When you place your order make sure you speak clearly. There was some miscommunication even though I speak great Spanish.

The Pan Deli was a fantastic breakfast location. The breakfast wrap and a cup of coffee helped get my Saturday off to a great start. We arrived just before a lot of beach goers and it looked as if the wait for food could be long if there are a lot of customers standing in line to order.

You're definitely getting island service with this one, but the food is really good. We went back twice despite the wait just to have their Cubanos on the beach for lunch. They're friendly and very busy, so keep in mind that you'll have to sit for a while. Other than that, the food was perfect.

Yummy Delicious Cubano Sandwiches! This place has good pastries and fresh donuts too. Be prepared to wait it line to order, and to get your food. The food is made fresh when you order and the fresh bread is good but we felt it worth the wait.
