Generally, I find PR and Cuban bakeries to be glorious places with wonderful breads and sweets pastry. Pan Deli is very average. . . nothing special. It's a walk up type service with limited pastries, donuts, and a variety of sandwiches and beverages. My simple egg and cheese sandwich took probably 20 minutes. I must say the cheese casitos were... On the outside you might think the food wont be any good, but I can assure you, they will give you your order exactly how you order it. Their breads and sandwiches are spectacular. They even had wheat bread and sold me 1/2 a pound of it. They have a variety of things to order for breakfast, lunch and kid's... More

You don't go here for the atmosphere, but the Cubanos and the baked goods are terrific. I always try to grab at least one Cubano each trip; bring it to the beach and dig in. It may take a few minutes to get your order but it is worth the wait.

We enjoyed sampling several items from the case, opting to purchase several for breakfast one morning. We did not try their sandwiches or breakfasts however. They do sell loaves of pan de agua (french bread) but you have to ask. Parking is available on the north side of the building as the street parking can be tight.

Great place to eat. The only thing is that always is full, that is great for the place, but needs more personal. I recommended full!

On our first visit, having arrived in the early ferry from Fajardo, we ordered the coffee which was okay, nothing to write home about. My husband had a sugar donut and enjoyed it. On our second visit, we had the quesitos/cheese pastries. They were warm, right out of the oven and super delicious. The best quesitos I have ever had.... More

Fresh pastries every day and if you get there early enough, still warm. The guava filled pastry was so delicious I am still dreaming of it now that I am back in the frozen north. The espresso was good too and they have a nice big parking lot which is appreciated in this parking poor town. Prices are fair. A nice... More
