Lunch & a couple of Pain Killers

The lunch was tasty and the Pain Killers were smooth and refreshing. We played some Tiki Toss and did some people watching. It gets crowded is the only problem as some of the customers were a bit obnoxious.

Imagine arriving at a bar on a sail boat. You have to swim to shore because there is no dock. But, that's OK because it is 85 degrees, sunny and not a cloud in the sky. Once you arrive, you go to the bar and ask for a Bloody Mary. For $6, the bartender delivers one of the best I... More

Totally unpleasant tourist trap. The beach would be beautiful without the 100's of cruise ship visitors that are ferried in and out while the cruise ships ruin the view from the beach as they anchor just off the island. Really unpleasant crowd - there to drink and buy souvenirs.

If you like the fast fun and entertainment and at the same time get away to relax at the water lapping up on the beach then this is the place. If you are bringing in a boat to pick up a mooring and want a quiet night then pick up a mooring ball on the east end of the bay... More

We love visiting the soggy dollar bar and hanging out with all the great prople that hover here! Only way to get here is by boat so bring what you need on your first swim in! Love the little shops and though they are a little pricey, the novelty of the area makes you have to buy something!

If you want to have some fun, this is where you need to go. Beautiful, crystal-clear water. Soft, white sand. Yummy painkillers. Cool gift shop. Vibrant atmosphere where everyone relaxing or playing in the water. Had a blast and so will YOU!

I'v been to the Soggy Dollar before, for Painkillers. But who would have guessed the food is so good too? We anchored here for a day (and the night) to enjoy White Beach in front of the Soggy Dollar. We started with Bloody Marys for our drinks late morning. WOW!!!! The best Bloody Mary, I mean incredible! Cant say enough.... More

A laid-back beach bar on Jost Van Dyke with good food, reasonable lunch prices and excellent drinks. The Chicken Roti was especially good. Go!

We visited here after doing the BAths for about an hour. The boat pulls up close to the beach and you wade in to the beach then walk a short distance up to Soggy Dollar Bar. WE had a couple of cold ones and watched all the peo-ple there. Seemed like all were having a blast. Bought a hat and... More
