Visited in 2012 and had a good night. What a contrast this time when we returned with friends. Abrupt service, food was rushed through, waiter hardly communicated with us. We had to call him to get virtually everything because nothing arrived as it normally would in a bar/restaurant. He came pretty handily for the bill. DJ sorted the music to... More

Anyone stopping at Jost Van Dyke island ends up at Foxy's, for drinks, dinner, or both. We had their rum punch and they weren't stingy with the rum. The night we were there, the only dinner option was a large (and pricey) buffet, so we decided to pass because none of us were very hungry. The place is decorated with... More

Stumbled upon restaurant during NY holiday. Forgot what I ordered, most likely a salad, but food was decent. Price was fair, I wouldn't say great value, service was decent; they gave us quite a lot of freebies given the holidays that was a plus Obviously I wasn't haven't the best experience there given the crowd I was with so I... Foxy's had some nice things to purchase but I didn't like how I got there. We spent time at the Soggy Dollar on White Bay and needed to get back to the ferry. The driver dropped us at Foxy's and said we could walk to the ferry after we went through Foxy's and maybe had a cocktail. I didn't realize... More

It's easy to fall in love with the BVI for many reasons. However, Foxy's gets into your soul and it doesn't leave you. It's a quick boat trip from Tortola to Jost and very worth your time and money. Go sit, drink, swing in the hammock and enjoy this amazing establishment.

We've been visiting Foxy's for the past 20+ years. Yes, it has changed and Foxy is seldom there anymore, but it's still such a landmark it shouldn't be missed. We had dinner there and the food was very good. My fish was fresh and well-prepared. The kids (ages 8 to 16) thought it was cool and got to laugh at... More

Foxys is an open air bar/restaurant with a boutique. They do have food and drinks, and you sit at tables and maybe get to hear a song by Foxy. This is a world famous place, and they have large boutique with merchandise for almost anyone. They have chairs by the water, and hammocks. This is a casual place. You may... More

A visit to Foxy's is not for the food, but for the atmosphere and the chance to chat with Foxy. He is world renowned and knowledgeable of the world. He is 75, a story teller who can talk in detail about localities far from the BVI, is currently on his 4th wife (a lovely lady), and purely enjoys life! His... More
