Stayed in White Bay and took 30 minutes to get to Abe's by taxi. The service was great, lobsters were very good, but a little chewy...honor bar was well stocked. Four adults all had lobster and a few drinks was $325. We could have easily gotten away with 2 medium or 3 small lobsters and saved a few bucks, but... More

My entire family went to Abe's while on a boating vacation in the BVI. There were 18 of us. We ordered 9 lobsters and 4 orders of ribs. While the lobsters were fresh and tasted delicious, they were a bit over cooked. The ribs and sides were delicious. Great atmosphere with an honor bar. Tip: The lobsters are so large... More

Make sure you have your hotel call ahead and arrange for your lobster to be caught that day! We each had a 4lb. lobster, the largest, by far that I have ever eaten anywhere. The setting is simple, rustic with warm friendly service. You sit next to the water on Little Harbor. If you want a drink, you go to... More

3 couples dined at Abe's in Littler Harbor, Jost Ban Dyke, and was treated to the most fabulous lobster we had ever tasted. They were huge weighing over 2 pounds and served perfectly with a delicious butter sauce. The cole slaw and rice were perfectly matched to the fresh lobster. We were served outside on the pier and all had... More

Had a large lobster and some curry chicken. Both were excellent. Usually not very crowded, so could be a great place if you are trying to have a very peaceful meal. Eunicey also rents cars on the island.

This restaurant is right on the shore in Little Harbor with a dock where boats can come in, tie up and have a great meal --- the best lobster on the island !!! You need to call ahead for reservations. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff is courteous, friendly and prompt. Yeah, you may have to get... More

Our cab driver called ahead and "pre-ordered" our food. However, when we got there we couldn't get ahold of anyone to help us. They don't have traditional servers, you pour your own drinks and grab your own beers from the bar and wait to tell the man to mark it in a notebook. Our group of eight wanted individual plates... We are here now and Abe's lobster restaurant is in Garner Bay on the water; not inland like the app is showing. Beautiful sunsets and Christmas lights.

Wonderful dinner, we like it because it is run by the locals and not the standard resort experience. Food, service and atmosphere was wonderful and the lobster was excellent. It should be rated #1 on Jost Van Dyke!
