The Blarney Stone Pub is a lovely Irish Pub. We are located in the quaint, water town of Onancock, Virginia, next to the DMV. Established in 2004, we have been catering to locals and visitors for a decade. Our chef prepares daily specials and offers classic favorites, like our hand-dipped fish and chips, bangers and mash and shepherd's pie. If what you are looking for is some local flavor, look no further. Our steamed clams and Portabella Chesapeake are sure to delight. The next time you visit Onancock, be sure to stop by. We would love to have you.

I was recently up on the Eastern Shore to attend the funeral of my Father in Law, a long time resident of Keller, Va. I have only been up here a few times, each time making a point to go to the Blarney. The night before the service my Mother in Law said lets all go out to celebrate the... read more

I tried several local craft brew beers. All great. Caught the last few minutes of the football game on the telly with boisterous fans at the bar cheering. The clams were excellent, and the fish and chips generously portioned. A gem of a place in a quaint town. Worth the detour off highway 13.

My wife and I traveled from Lewes, DE to Onancock, VA to meet our youngest daughter and oldest granddaughter to finally exchange our Christmas gifts. The kids live in Yorktown, VA so Onancock serves as a mid point meeting place. I decided we should try "The Blarney Stone Pub" for lunch. What a pleasant surprise and experience we had. I... More

Very nice Irish pub on the eastern shore of va. There was a nice selection of beers on tap. The coconut shrimp were very good as well as the grilled veggie sandwich. A great place to stop in and relax.

The Pub is a great place for a burger, a full dinner or a drink at the bar. We had dinner there last Saturday night, I had the Sheepshead fish special, absolutely delicious. My wife enjoyed the burger and fries. Being part time residents we go there often. The wait staff and bartenders do a great job. Well worth the... More

We stopped for a happy hour drink before dinner (it was their wine 1/2 price night) at another restaurant and returned the next night for their micro beer night. Such friendly staff and customers. Felt like we were in Ireland again. A real find

There were four of us in our party, and we all ordered something different. I have to say that every single dish was excellent! Great service, warm relaxed atmosphere, and awesome food! Can't wait to go back!

We go here for late lunches on Fridays and have always found the food very good and the staff even better! They always have a new special and the serving size is more than adequate! Prices are not cheap but not too expensive either!

You know you've found someplace special when the waitstaff greets most of the customers at the door by name. This is a place where regulars go, and for good reason. The food was excellent. My wife had the salmon. This is one of very few restaurants where they ask how you'd like your salmon cooked - rare, medium rare, medium,... More
