Everything was not good, inedible whitebait and tough fatty gammon, even the potatoes tasted awful. Very poor presentation and tables were not clean

lovely pub with friendly staff and great service.I had turkey - friends had beef which I don't ever have but had to admit it looked tempting. plenty of meat, lovely roast potatoes and a bit of mash too ..have to say the red cabbage was yummy too. for around £9 it was worth it I reckon.

Stopped in before dinner have previously been in there before to eat. The food is of a good standard and reasonably priced. It has a lovely back garden to sit in on nice days. It is very accommodating for children with their own menu. It is all kept very clean and tidy which is what you want from a restaurant.... More

We went as a group of ten to enjoy a Sunday lunch and see what the restaurant is like as a member of our party is getting married there next year. Last visited here in March and re visited again. Food just as good as I remembered, clean plates all round so it speaks for itself.

Loved everything. See my main review about the room hire plus hotel rooms and staff. Very nice restaurant area and we had a photo booth from Vivalafoto of Bromley which was placed in the library room. Not a bad comment from anyone unless you count it being a very humid night (unusually) and no air con at the pub

Another pub visit when in the area for Beating the Bounds. Again we didn't eat here but other visitors did and said the food was ok when we were chatting - it was a nice enough place to spend a little time. The staff were friendly and it's a beautiful building.
