Ciao Bella is a great little Italian restaurant, the cooking is good, portions are generous, and the staff are really friendly. I have eaten here 6 times over the past month and have not had a bad meal. Its really good value too.

The food is always full of flavour and the Specials Menu is excellent value for money with a great variety to choose from. The staff are delightful, friendly and professional. we always look forward to our regular visits to this excellent restaurant

This was my second visit here. My companion and I opted for the set lunch of a starter and a main; the breaded mushrooms appeared to have come straight from the freezer, but were very palatable just the same; the mains (two pasta dishes) were much more authentic and quite delicious. Another diner had chosen a calzone which looked like... More

We went to eat in Romford and found on our way to the centre of town this Italian restaurant it is in between two pubs which serve food and you might not notice it if you are not careful. The menu is the usual pizza/pasta dishes with a lot of other main meals, which although are not the cheapest the... More

the food was good. we were so full just after the started that we couldnt even really fijish our mains...pizza and pasta was good tasted fresh and had so much meat in it.. the only down side, we waited for our mains for good half hour after finishing our starter.... but other than that good food, friendly staff and affordable.

Having been to Italy several times its nice to find something that offers that authentic Italian cuisine so close to home. The food is great but not too pricey and the staff are very friendly. I shall be going back here time and time again. Chris

I often visit ciao bella and it is one of the loveliest places around this side of Essex. Staff are ever so friendly and I have never had a dissappointing starter main or dessert in here! Great value for money! For a heads up the antipasto starter with the cold meats is fabulous and the chocolate melting pudding is the... More

We came here with a group of friends. The food was lovely, the staff very good. Unfortunately, my disabled friend went to use the disabled toilet on the ground floor as she could not climb the stairs easily. It was filthy and was being used as the staff 'smoking room'. As you can imagine, we never went back. I know... More

I gave Italian family and have tried pizza all over the world. Nothing beats a proper thin Italian pizza and ciao bells is the closest thing I have found. Great ingredients and great taste.lunch price of £5 is unbelievable value.

Friendly service and smiles from the staff. Our main courses (1 pizza and 1 pasta) were very ordinary, lacking the flavour you would normally associate with good Italian food. Price for the set menu was very reasonable, but please ask your chefs to focus on flavour.
