the food was good. we were so full just after the started that we couldnt even really fijish our mains...pizza and pasta was good tasted fresh and had so much meat in it.. the only down side, we waited for our mains for good half hour after finishing our starter.... but other than that good food, friendly staff and affordable.

Having been to Italy several times its nice to find something that offers that authentic Italian cuisine so close to home. The food is great but not too pricey and the staff are very friendly. I shall be going back here time and time again. Chris

I often visit ciao bella and it is one of the loveliest places around this side of Essex. Staff are ever so friendly and I have never had a dissappointing starter main or dessert in here! Great value for money! For a heads up the antipasto starter with the cold meats is fabulous and the chocolate melting pudding is the... More

We came here with a group of friends. The food was lovely, the staff very good. Unfortunately, my disabled friend went to use the disabled toilet on the ground floor as she could not climb the stairs easily. It was filthy and was being used as the staff 'smoking room'. As you can imagine, we never went back. I know... More

I gave Italian family and have tried pizza all over the world. Nothing beats a proper thin Italian pizza and ciao bells is the closest thing I have found. Great ingredients and great taste.lunch price of £5 is unbelievable value.

Friendly service and smiles from the staff. Our main courses (1 pizza and 1 pasta) were very ordinary, lacking the flavour you would normally associate with good Italian food. Price for the set menu was very reasonable, but please ask your chefs to focus on flavour.

Six of us dined here two courses and drinks £60.....and excellent with it. A good menu with so much choice. Next time two of us will be having the chefs specials! For an impromptu lunch this cannot be beaten. Eating is believing The owner welcomed us at the door and seated us just right. We had drinks within a few... More

This Restaurant is one of my favorite Italian Restaurants since it opened. The quality of the home cooked food is still as good as on the first day. Whatever you choose of the menu is delicious; however my favorite choices are always from the Chef's Special. The owner is a very friendly Italian Gentleman which makes you feel very welcome... More

Been here a few times now and the food is always excellent with huge portions! Some items seem pricey but are worth it as the quality is amazing. Dough balls for starter are almost enough for a main and there is always pizza left over to take home. Desserts are delicious too, especially the tiramisu. Staff are very attentive and... More
