Lovely place, great food, a fantastic selection of beers. The service was really good to. Helpful and friendly. Didn't wait long for our food. Best Cumberland sausages I've tasted. Local producers used and my couldn't' you tell! Can't praise enough. Excellent. :-)

Simply my most favourite pub in the world! Great beer, great food, great service, great atmosphere and great people. If you've never been you don't know what you're missing - just get yourself down there!

Have been coming here since I was small with my own family. The food is amazing- excellent portions at reasonable prices. The staff are always helpful and will cater to requests when possible. The building itself is stunning- wood throughout and a wonderful conservatory. The garden is lovely to sit in and they have a large space for French Boules... More

A local recommended this pub for a tasty lunch and trip advisor gave it high ratings. Somehow, we expected home cooked food. How wrong we were! Chicken and courgette bakes came in dark, overdone batter with tasteless dips - really awful. The spare ribs tasted very salty in a thick, shop-bought sauce. Everything accompanied by a tired salad garnish of... More

The food was very nice, good value for money and efficient service. The cappuccino's we ordered looked really nice, a lovely large cup, but it tasted just like warm milk....I think they had forgot to add any coffee! Then came our visit to the ladies toilets, oh dear, the door leading into the toilets was very 'grubby'. I mean 'hand... More

Such a cute little pub - food is always nice and the members of staff are so down to earth. Would definitely recommend this pub of character.

Tucked away behind the shopping centre, and within easy walking distance of the Rochdale Town Centre Metrolink stop, this is a character, down-to-earth pub which does good value food. There is a choice of areas to sit in, with groups of tables in different spaces in the pub, and a more modern seating area in the conservatory area at the... More

Me and my Mum have been here quite a few times over the past few weeks, especially with the nice weather and thought the food was lovely so we obviously kept coming back! However today we came and thought it would be nice to spend a day at The Baum for my Mums birthday. We had pre ordered as we... More
