The best Brewers Fayre we have visited

Friendly staff, fast service, all in all a great meal. They were full when we arrived but when we said we were staying at the Premier Inn, he fitted us in just an hour later. Would definitely recommend.

We have been here regularly, most often for buffet breakfast on a weekend. They're inconsistent at best but our visit today was terrible. They took our money and then we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited for them to bring food out. It turned out one of their main ovens had broken down and they were trying to prepare... More

Stayed at the adjacent Premier Inn so used it as being convenient. So what were the issues. We visited on a Friday evening. The staff were doing their best but clearly had issues they couldn't manage. The queue to order was long and although there were 3 tills only 2 open and it took 15 minutes to order. The number... Saying in the Premier Inn & too tired to drive anywhere to look for a restaurant we decided to eat here. Not the cleanest looking place - the chair next to ours was filthy, maybe we should have left then. We ordered (at the bar) & then waited & waited & waited & when our food eventually arrived there were... More

Our daughter was due to go into surgery in the childrens hospital the next morning, so this was due to be her last meal. Big sign saying staff wanted should of warned us, Husband wanted a T-bone when I ordered they did not have any, we ordered mixed started, werent great, I have fish pie, which was in essence sauce... Went on Sat with hubby and 2 boys arrived at 5.00pm, the restaurant was half empty but the dining area was very untidy, food all over the tables and chairs. Air con was on and it was blowing out very cold air. Food not worth the money, I had pasta and it was very watery, the kids meal where very... More

We visited as staying in premier inn next door and wished we had taken time to find somewhere else instead! noisy and dirty, floor covered with other people's rubbish, service slow and food only just average.

We arrived here after trying to get a table at an eatery in Cribbs Causeway, which had a 90 minute wait in most places due it being half term. We were shown to a table and the waitress very quickly told us how it worked, of which we only heard 'order at the bar'. We were told there was an... More

Unfortunately, as I was tired and easy seduced by a cold beer, i ended up here whilst on business. I have eaten in these before and had low expectations... but they were met head on ! My simple burger took 45 mins to arrive (after I have chased the kitchen twice) and it arrived fairly cool with limp chips -... More

Bar area too small and doesn't cater for single people on business, if you get in too late you end up wandering around looking stupid looking for somewhere to sit down. Ordered my dinner only to sit waiting for seemed like ages and then a waitress approached asking if I'd had my starter (which I hadnt). Now waiting for my... More
