Restaurant what let down, ordered traditional fish and chips at £11.95 what a laugh six chips and a piece of cheap frozen fish. The fish was no better than a supermarket basic... More

The staff in the restaurant was slow and never visible. Had to wait ages to get seated, we just sat down ourselves after 10 minutes apart the sign saying you should wait. After finally being recognized we were handed the menu which were stained allvover the place with tomato sauce and other unidentifiable stuff. The wine glasses on the table... More

The food at Dinner is plentiful, tasty,, nice and hot and served with a smile. Limited menu, but that's ok. Breakfast is another matter and is buffet style. When we were there, there were two double toasters, only one side of each actually worked. The bread looked and tasted cheap, like the value brand of the cheapest supermarket. I had... More

My partner & I visited the Brasserie restaurant on 12th April. We were delighted at the whole experience of the evening. Staff were attentive but not obtrusive and our food was excellent. It was good to see that the menu was focussed and not too wide. Each course was well presented. And to complete the evening there was no rush... More

Went for a standard normal meal of fish chips and mushy peas, presented far to posh for what was served, batter was soggy and undercooked with little fish content, chips were burnt and you got 3 chunky chips saving grace was a delicious pudding but whole experience was mared by poor service not attentive left plates on tables for ages... The Brasserie is a lovely restaurant, the food is excellent and it has a really nice ambience. It is very well priced and we go there forbirthdays, Easter, Mothers day etc. It gets very busy, always a good sign, so you really do need to book, although you can always call in for an excellent bowl of soup and a... Food undercooked and cold sent back only to come back hugely over cooked. Design and atmosphere was good however let down hugely by the food. Staff not very attentive had to ask for drinks rather than being offered, not enough staff for a busy Friday night.
