Description: The Greets Inn at Warnham is an historic village pub, parts of which date back to the 14th Century. Inside this delightful village inn is an inviting bar serving Cask Marque accredited ales and a superb selection of wines. The cosy restaurant makes dining under the heavy beamed ceiling of the inn an absolute treat, with menus serving fabulous dishes made using locally sourced Sussex produce – it truly is some of the best rustic country dining to be found in and around the Horsham area. A relaxed ambience makes spending time with family and friends a real joy, especially when the open fires are roaring and the ever-hospitable proprietors, Duncan & Natalie Entwistle, start roasting chestnuts and marshmallows. The Greets Inn is a place for shaping memories to last a lifetime, as well as enjoying fabulous food in the Horsham area. In the warmer months, you can relax in the landscaped garden, which quickly becomes an extension to the restaurant, with eating ‘al fresco’ alongside the colourfully planted borders a highlight of summer. The Greets Inn is at the heart of Warnham village life, attracting food-lovers from the wider Horsham area and beyond who regularly visit to enjoy a true taste of Sussex.

Went to visit the greets for dinner as I heard it was a nice country pub. Once we saw then menu we realized that the food was a very fussy and too "a la carte" for a simple country pub and quiet expensive . We choose not to eat in the end and finished our drinks and left.

Had a lovely three course lunch today at the Greets the food was gorgeous, very hearty portions and nicely presented . We both had the roast beef which came with all the trimmings and plenty of lovely fresh veg. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Will come again. Thankyou.

Popped in here tonight with the boss, it feels a little off the beaten track and the access road to get to the car park is very poor if your car is low/wide/4x4 or sports car as only one car wide and a totally blind bend to negotiate with some horrifically steep sleeping police men, so take it easy if... Hi Thanks for taking time to post a review, we have always served our Ham, duck egg and chips with our own cooked, thickly sliced gammon ham cold. We would have been very happy to change this for you had you requested on the day. This dish has been on our menu as one of our great pub dishes since... More

Food mediocre service lack luster and more interested in turn over than return custom. Sussex oak a winner every time.

Maybe I need another visit as it is very pleasant but left feeling slightly underwhelmed. Welcome and drinks and garden can't be faulted, but tortolini was just ok, and burger again was goo. Maybe need to go back and try again as I think I could probably order something more adventurous.

The good: The Greets is a very pleasant pub, surprisingly on a side street in Warnham where no one passing through the village would ever know they're there. The food is well above average for pub fare. I recently had an ale-battered Hake fillet (their take on traditional fish and chips). The fish was really tasty and the batter excellent.... More

What a smashing little pub. Staff were lovely - and not the fake smile-through-gritted-teeth kind of lovely, but the 'this is a nice place to work' kind of lovely. food was brilliant (make sure you save space for the desserts...and try to look less eager for one than I did) really lovely place with a great atmosphere - we will... Always pop in when I am with my sister - the service is great, Duncan goes out of his way to offer a warm welcome to visitors. The food is good and even though this last time we had platters in the bar - they were excellent .. Pate and pickles are brilliant, cheesy nachos were eaten by my in-laws... More

I first went here a year ago and it's now my favourite pub in West Sussex. It's gorgeous and traditional with excellent food. The service isn't exceptional and they can often be a but understaffed but they are friendly and welcoming. There food is delicious and a great atmosphere.
