Description: The Greets Inn at Warnham is an historic village pub, parts of which date back to the 14th Century. Inside this delightful village inn is an inviting bar serving Cask Marque accredited ales and a superb selection of wines. The cosy restaurant makes dining under the heavy beamed ceiling of the inn an absolute treat, with menus serving fabulous dishes made using locally sourced Sussex produce – it truly is some of the best rustic country dining to be found in and around the Horsham area. A relaxed ambience makes spending time with family and friends a real joy, especially when the open fires are roaring and the ever-hospitable proprietors, Duncan & Natalie Entwistle, start roasting chestnuts and marshmallows. The Greets Inn is a place for shaping memories to last a lifetime, as well as enjoying fabulous food in the Horsham area. In the warmer months, you can relax in the landscaped garden, which quickly becomes an extension to the restaurant, with eating ‘al fresco’ alongside the colourfully planted borders a highlight of summer. The Greets Inn is at the heart of Warnham village life, attracting food-lovers from the wider Horsham area and beyond who regularly visit to enjoy a true taste of Sussex.

Came here on a saturday night and I'm not sure why we've never been here sooner! There was a party of four and all of us enjoyed our food (when it had finally cooled enough to take a bite!!) The service, from all staff was very friendly and polite and they had no problem with us ordering white bait as... More

we went for Lunch on Sunday, unfortunately due to the good reputation we felt the service side had let it down. We had to wait a while for table, when we were seated the starter arrived nice and quick, then we had to wait quite a while for our meal, as no one came and informed us that two large... More

Hi Jacqui, Thanks for taking your time to post a review and firstly I am glad to hear that the you enjoyed the food. I can only apologise for the disjointed service you received, no excuses we were taken by surprise by the level of demand on Sunday which did give us on issue on getting tables seated and as... More

Our second visit here, and once again not disappointed. Starter menu was varied and reasonably priced, went for the garlic king prawns - delicious even though I had to peel them myself. (I'm just lazy!) Tried the sirloin steak with home made chips for main course - medium rare as sirloin steaks are not that thick. Both cooked to perfection,... More

Based on the ratings here, we dropped in here for lunch. First impressions were that the decor was a bit tired, almost scruffy. Tried the burger - was disappointed - it was listed as home-made - all I can say is that it tasted and had the texture that I would normally associate with a frozen one. I had to... More

Hi Thanks for taking time to post your review. I am sorry you were unhappy with your burger, we sell over 60 per week and can assure you they are fresh not frozen (made from best quality Red Tractor British beef and just seasoned), this is the first complaint of this nature we have received. Many people just keep returning... More

Once again a TripAdvisor recommendation took us off the beaten track to find culinary excellence. We stopped around 2 pm on our way to Brighton and all had main course and dessert. The restaurant was very busy and obviously a popular place for lunch. The Hake and hand cut chips was fantastic - simply the best fish and chips I... More

Visited with the boyfriend and his parents one Sunday, we all had the two course roast, I chose the beef.... What can I say - beautiful slices of just on the rare side beef sirloin, great roast tatties, plenty of veg AND I managed to nick some of the boyfriends crackling from his pork (also excellent). The whole group were... More

This was our first visit to the Greets Inn and we had a lovely Sunday lunch as we had family over. We were all very impressed with our meal choice and the children's portions were just right for our six and four year old as sometimes they can be either to big or small. Will definitely be booking up again!
