The Greets Inn at Warnham is an historic village pub, parts of which date back to the 14th Century. Inside this delightful village inn is an inviting bar serving Cask Marque accredited ales and a superb selection of wines. The cosy restaurant makes dining under the heavy beamed ceiling of the inn an absolute treat, with menus serving fabulous dishes made using locally sourced Sussex produce – it truly is some of the best rustic country dining to be found in and around the Horsham area. A relaxed ambience makes spending time with family and friends a real joy, especially when the open fires are roaring and the ever-hospitable proprietors, Duncan & Natalie Entwistle, start roasting chestnuts and marshmallows. The Greets Inn is a place for shaping memories to last a lifetime, as well as enjoying fabulous food in the Horsham area. In the warmer months, you can relax in the landscaped garden, which quickly becomes an extension to the restaurant, with eating ‘al fresco’ alongside the colourfully planted borders a highlight of summer. The Greets Inn is at the heart of Warnham village life, attracting food-lovers from the wider Horsham area and beyond who regularly visit to enjoy a true taste of Sussex.

A good value good quality lunch with a friendly welcome.

Enjoyed a good quality lunch at reasonable price here with friends. Warm welcome from friendly staff. Slightly let down at end to over hear a telephone order for 'creme brulee' mix among other premade items. Shame!

Having checked out the local auction house preview we dropped in here for a light lunch. Although the restaurant was abnormally full for a weekday the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Very nice Warnham Winter Warmer bar meal . Just what we wanted. Went on our way very happy and will return later this spring. Try... More

Recently visited The Greets for my Birthday Meal after a recommendation by a friend. The Staff and setting is very warm and friendly, they are polite and very attentive. The menu has a good selection of foods including the specials board. I had the Venison Casserole with Braised Cabbage which was absolutely gorgeous. The meat was like butter and the... More

An authentic country pub in the heart of West Sussex tucked away in a small village. The food was very nice lasagne and pate especially. The service was also very good and all waiting staff were charming. Not over priced considering the standard would definitely visit again.

It's a number of years since our last visit to Greets. We were looking for a pub to meet friends for a post Christmas catch up, and this seemed the perfect venue. It's a traditional pub, with a bar and restaurant area, both of them had hearty fires blazing. All seemed fine to start with, a drink in the bar... More

Hi Thanks for your feedback, I was disappointed to read that some aspects of your recent visit were unsatisfactory, although I totally agree that we have a great country pub with roaring log fires. I was surprised to read that you were not served Yorkshire puddings with your roasts as we did not run out of Yorkshires on Sunday at... More

Really pleased with the service and food. Three of us ordered a curry which turned out to be much spicier than expected. The staff happily changed out meals for alternatives without fuss and brought the replacements very quickly. You know how good somewhere is from the way they deal with problems and so the Greets gets full marks.

Met up with a girl friend for a light lunch, The Greet has been a regular venue for us for many years. despite the fact that the fires were lit it was absolutely freezing in their and we curtailed our visit and meal because of that. Will try again when the weather is warmer!

Hi I recall your visit to us and yes it was an extremely cold day when you visited, we had all our fires going, central heating on and additional electrical heaters to try and keep the place warm. We are sorry that was not enough for you. Unfortunately our 650 year old building can be draughty. Look forward to seeing... More

Six of us met for Sunday lunch just before Christmas. Service was attentive and respected our need to chat before ordering! Good choice of food and great choice for vegetarians. We all enjoyed our meal, the portions are very generous, pricing was fair and reasonable and we will come back.

We decided to celebrate New Year's Eve at The Greets Inn. We were welcomed with canopies and a glass of Prosecco. We sat down to a five course meal which was served up fast and plentiful and very tasty. This as followed up with great selection of music from the disco which in all was a great evening for the...
