The Greets Inn at Warnham is an historic village pub, parts of which date back to the 14th Century. Inside this delightful village inn is an inviting bar serving Cask Marque accredited ales and a superb selection of wines. The cosy restaurant makes dining under the heavy beamed ceiling of the inn an absolute treat, with menus serving fabulous dishes made using locally sourced Sussex produce – it truly is some of the best rustic country dining to be found in and around the Horsham area. A relaxed ambience makes spending time with family and friends a real joy, especially when the open fires are roaring and the ever-hospitable proprietors, Duncan & Natalie Entwistle, start roasting chestnuts and marshmallows. The Greets Inn is a place for shaping memories to last a lifetime, as well as enjoying fabulous food in the Horsham area. In the warmer months, you can relax in the landscaped garden, which quickly becomes an extension to the restaurant, with eating ‘al fresco’ alongside the colourfully planted borders a highlight of summer. The Greets Inn is at the heart of Warnham village life, attracting food-lovers from the wider Horsham area and beyond who regularly visit to enjoy a true taste of Sussex.

Nice Sunday lunch

Six of us ate here on Sunday and the pub was predictably busy when we arrived. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with queries. Food was good, plenty of choice, and really good value. The only slight negative was how cold it was - many people were 'huddled' for warmth - shame they... read more

Chose to have lunch as close to an aunt and uncle. Beer was well kept and service was smart and friendly. but kitchen needs to improve - soggy new potatoes under cooked vegetables and over cooked skate coupled with Thai curry with mussels closed. Suspect chefs could easily correct things as overall a delightful pub

Friends from London joined us for lunch , as always pub was fairly busy but we had booked .We waited nearly one hour for our main courses having skipped starters , lack of attention from waitresses once we had ordered and served drinks . We had to enquire about arrival of food and go to the bar to order extra... More

We called in on a Monday, for lunch. It's an attractive traditional pub, with a decent car park. I can't judge the starters or desserts but the main courses were excellent, with a good choice from the menu and the specials board. I chose the venison casserole from the specials board, and it was delicious. My companions chose for the... More

Very good food and excellent value for money, three courses £17.95 each course was wonderful. The service was attentive but not too much all of the staff were happy and helpfull. I would thoroughly recommend the roast beef cooked perfectly and melt in the mouth with perfect vegetables and plenty of choice.

I love The Greets Inn! I have lived in Horsham for 20+ years and it remains a favourite. Today we went for lunch (with a birthday voucher) and were not 'sniffed at'. Happens all too often. Our lunch was fabulous... we ordered one of their famous burgers, homemade soup (minestrone) a side of potato gratin - ooh.. and extra hot... More

Stopped here last Friday for lunch. Not been here for over 30yrs. Wow ! just as I remembered it. Staff were very friendly and found us a table next to the fire . Food first rate food and service. No wonder car park was full. This is how all pubs should be . Has regenerated my faith in pub food. Will not... More

I have been twice now and the food has been superb both times, I would definitely recommend the Guinea Fowl that's on the specials board. Service and atmosphere were perfect, it was busy but the food still came out in very good time!
